A newly refurbished, bright and light luxury raised ground floor apartment in an original Regency building (dating 1826). Set in a prestigious street, situated in Brighton & Hove, just minutes walk away from Brighton city centre. The beautiful period building has all its charm and character with a "village feel" to it, safe for the elderly or a young family. This apartment is great for those who want to explore the beautiful city or simply relax on the beach.
I will "meet and greet" you on your arrival. If you need me to sort out a parking bay while you unload let me know and I will arrange this.Any query's you may have will be addressed,
There is free parking up the road (1 km) away ideal for longer stays and if you do not wish to use your vehicle, or 2 mins away £5.00 for 24 hrs (maps to parking are in Property)

Apartment is family friendly and equipped with travel cot,high chair, ,steam sterilizer, socket covers, children s cutlery,Plates,bowls,toddler steps,potty as well as a selection of toys, books,games and DVDs.

Unlike other holiday letting Property's there are no hidden fees, cleaning etc the price quoted is the price. No damage deposit is taken making the booking and check out process so much easier.
The Victorian "open market" re opened in April 2014, or you may wish to visit "Sea life Centre", or Lewis Castle.Possibly Arundel with its magnificent Cathedral and Castle .Drusillas 200 Park at Alfriston (16 miles away) Eastbourne ( 20 miles away).

The Brighton and Hove region
Brighton & Hove offers something for every walk of life, from the vibrant colourful fun of the city, to the freedom of the sea. There is the stunning Heritage of the Royal Pavilion, Regency Architecture, and Victorian Aquariums and the fun of Brighton Pier and the Brighton Wheel. This cosmopolitan city has something to offer everyone, from its famous nightlife to the cobbled streets of the "Lanes",a vast array of boutique shops or dine in one of the renowned restaurants and cafes.
West of Brighton city centre is the area of Brunswick and Hove, resplendent with acres of Regency townhouses, terracotta mansions and elegant mews. Brunswick is one of the cites most colourful quarters and has a thriving community.
The property is just 2 minutes walk to beach, 5 minutes walk to Brighton town centre & Brighton Conference centre & 20 minutes walking distance from Brighton Marina with its great restaurants, Bars & shopping centre. Surrounding all of this is 16 acres of Sea front Parkland. Alternatively you can use the oldest working electric Railway line in the world (Volks) which runs from the Promenade to the Marina.
Hove benefits from a friendly "village atsmosphere" steeped in history yet only minutes away from the vibrant night life which Brighton has to offer. Many specialist restaurants are located around the vicinity of the apartment, all with in walking distance so you can park up and forget about the car!
All the usual attractions are on offer at the beach, just a couple of minutes walk!

"5 girls, 1 night in Brighton."
Myself & 4 other female friends rented this apartment for 1 night. Brilliant location, just off the Main Street of the hustle & bustle and around 20 minute walk into the centre of Brighton. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possible need. Fresh bedding and plenty of fresh towels. Free WIFI, plenty of hot water, central heating even milk in the fridge :-) As mentioned in previous reviews there's a car park in Norton street opposite the town hall that does 24hr parking for £5 it's around a 10/15 minute walk and easy to find. I would recommend this apartment for anyone of any age it was perfect and we hope to rent it again soon.

"Great place, location and very helpful owner"
This little apartment is great, we stayed here as a family visiting Brighton. It's a 5min walk from the city centre, lots of shops down the road, the best ice cream shop called Jojo's round the corner, along with the beach just down the road. Just perfect for us. 24hr parking a little walk away but not a problem. Would definitely stay again, the kids loved it. Thanks Rob
