Our gorgeous first floor apartment is situated in the prestigious Grade II listed mansion block of Brunswick Place. It's in a perfect location opposite Hove Lawns and just a stone's throw from the beach! The eclectic shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets on Church Road and Western Road are just 5 minutes walk away!
The accommodation comprises of large lounge with kitchen and a dining area and a separate second bedroom with a real Queen size bed (the large period wooden doors close up to separate this room entirely from the lounge area to ensure privacy). Master bedroom with King size bed and upstairs bathroom through a spiral staircase.
More detailed description:
The front door opens onto the lounge/dining room which has a beautiful set of large, floor to ceiling sash windows, original cornicing, an original fireplace and plentiful lighting. The lounge includes a large leather sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview channels. There is a dining area with a large table and chairs. Wireless broadband and landline telephone is available. Off the dining room there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed that sleeps 2 people. Solid oak chest of drawers and an extra sofa bed are also in this room.
The lounge then leads onto the hallway and into the master bedroom with upstairs bathroom.
There is also a smaller bathroom downstairs (just toilet and wash basin).
Parking permits are available for your car, please ask once booked.
Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try and accommodate all guests as much as humanly possible. Prior to arrival we arrange a check in time. If this is exceeded by 30 minutes or we are not called and notified there can be a waiting fee. We try to accommodate all our guests and don't like to disappoint but we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
Extra guests are charged at £50 each and the guests information that is sent directly from YBH Ltd after the booking has to be completed and returned 2 weeks prior to arrival. All guests booking within two weeks have to return the information 48 hours prior to arrival.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a stag or hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.
Lastly thanks you for booking and we welcome you with our meet and greet service. Please call the Property Manager 15 minutes prior to arrival.
