Villa | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 9
The villa's unique lay-out, reminiscent of a James Bond film, consists of 4 stylish bedrooms, 3 Italian marble baths, a rustic yet modern kitchen, a medieval shaded courtyard and an outstanding lounge on the top floor with fabulous picture windows.
Above the villa, lies a sprawling summer kitchen in the style of Provence with a fantastic grill. Very large stone-decks and a lavender path connect the kitchen to the pool area. The pool is partly carved out natural stone.
Only 20 minutes from Dubrovnik and less than 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The villa would be ideal for those wishing seclusion and space in a fabulous setting outdoors or in. Due to the unique design of the villa and the exceptional size of the property, the villa would not be suitable for very young children or people with walking difficulties.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Olive groves and towering cypress trees surround the villa. The village produces its own olive oil and local farmer's cheese. Nearby is a Renaissance botanical garden, perfect for a stroll in the shade of luscious ferns. The two islands directly in front of the house are 15 minutes away by boat (we provide boat service). The first one Lopud, offers fine sand beaches (kids love them) and stone paths offering pretty walks and hikes to 10th century Romanesque ruins. There is alaso a boardwalk with seafood restaurants and cafes.
The second island,S ipan offers beautiful walks through olive groves, a Benedictine monastery and the remains of Michelangelo's summer villa. The walled city of Dubrovnik is 20 minutes away. The architectural feast of Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance, make the city unique in its presence and absolutely surreal. City walls, palaces and cloisters are all side by side. Stroll around the dreamy city in a child' wonder and soak up sun and stone.
Village of Ston where you can buy fresh hand-picked mussels and oysters, pulled out of the sea right in front of you!
Or take a scenic drive through the Peljesac Peninsula, the land of wine, and go wine tasting and purchase fabulous local red or white wines.

"Beautiful villa with incredible views and an amazing pool"
We had a fantastic holiday here with our children and some friends. The villa is large and has stunning views from the terrace outside the kitchen across the sea and neighbouring islands. I am not sure I have eaten my breakfast in a better location. The villa Is built into the hillside and has a pool and kitchen at the top. We had some lovely evening bbqs at the top kitchen.
There are lots of steps so it is not recommended for those who find walking up stairs difficult but for those who can we would really recommend it.

"Phenomenal view, great facilities, you'll just need to be fit!"
We stayed at Villa Tascha (after the lady owner; Natasha) this year and had a wonderful time. An extremely extended villa that literally goes up the side of the hillside with each room on a new level. From the road to the roof terrace...120 steps so you'll need to be fit. But it's worth it! the view is simply stunning, especially as the sun sets and the rooms are all artistically decorated (by Natasha's hubby who is a professional artist and a very interesting individual who will tell you all about the years 1990-1993....quite a history lesson in fact). The sort of place you can have your own space but also be with friends. Only 30 mins from Dubrovnik and good local beaches and amenities. Do the Lidl supermarket not the local one which is a huge rip! Oh yes Natasha; one addition, an intercom from the kitchen to the pool area would be good! A dumb waiter even better. CW

"Villa Tascha is a delight from start to finish."
"Villa Tascha is very well situated, combining the advantages of being in a wonderfully quiet spot, but with convenient access to main roads and all amenities and offering beautiful views over Elaphite Island.
The villa is spacious, comfortable, well maintained and well furnished with both essential and less essential, but desirable items. It is an ideal choice for large groups, as the terraces provide retreat spaces for individuals, but are spacious enough to cater for large groups eating or socialising together. Regular visits from Viktor meant there was a chance to find out about local life, history, events, etc and that the pool was kept clean and inviting. I have recommended this villa, highly, to friends since our visit and would hope to make a return visit at some point in the future."

"Breathtaking view and stunning home"
I stayed at Villa Tascha for one week in August 2011. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating and this property is a treasure. The renovations that they have done are remarkable and the view from the pool and surrounding decks is breathtaking.
