A warm welcome awaits guests to this holiday home. Lovingly converted by the owners, it used to be the grain store for the village bakery

The cottage is found on a small lane in the rural village of Brown Knowl ,nestled at the foot of the Bickerton Hills which is National Trust land and designated as SSSI.

An ideal location to enjoy the natural beauty of the area direct from your own doorstep.

The many local attractions include castles, gardens, award winning golf courses and spa's, Oulton Park, and the Roman city of Chester. Cheshire, North Wales and Shropshire are beautiful counties to explore.

Alternatively, a cosy evening in by the wood burner or a stroll to the local pub awaits.

We welcome a well behaved pet who can enjoy the garden, and also 'babe in arms'.

Close to the borders with Wales and Shropshire it is an ideal base for both enjoying the magnificent countryside and the historic towns and cities in the area. The Roman City of Chester is near by.

Broxton

Situated on a quiet lane on the edge of The National Trust's Bickertons Hills, which is an area designated as a SSSI (A site of special scientific interest).

Ideal for walkers with a vast choice of walks available right on the doorstep including the famous Sandstone Trail!

From here you can explore castles, gardens and country houses. Visit our local villages and towns, Malpas and Tattenhall are both a short drive away. Play golf in the award winning courses nearby.

We enjoy many festivals in this area. The Nantwich Agricultural Show hosts the largest cheese show in the world. Cholmondeley Castle hosts many events including The Cholmondeley Pageant of Power, Weatherbys Horse Trials, The Castle Triatholon Series and many music extravaganzas.

Relax afterwards with a romantic meal in by the wood stove or enjoy a drink and an evening meal is one of our many country pubs in the area. Our local is only a short stroll away and the dog can go too!

There are lots of attractions to suit all tastes and ages.
