Constables country is just a 30 minute drive and visit Stratford and Lavenham for wonderful sightseeing and a leisurely lunch.
Brome is a hamlet located about 5 minutes by car from Eye. Nearby is the Historic Cornwallis Arms Hotel where you can enjoy food and drinks and enjoy the lovely grounds.
The Historic market town of Eye with its 152 Grade 2 listed buildings, Castle and Church,has a variety of shops of interest and a library, pub, bank,delicatessen,takeaways,cafes and good restaurant.
There are also fishing lakes nearby and plenty of tracks and country roads to explore on bike rides and walks as well as nature reserves and lots of good quality pubs in the area.
