The cottage has three bedrooms each with a double bed one on the ground floor and two upstairs one en suite. It also has a mezzenine area two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area seats 8 people. There is sky television with all the movie channels and a DVD with a selection of DVD's

The Normandy / Eure region
This beautiful cottage offers very comfortable accommodation for 6-8 people. It has original beams and all the comforts of home including Sky television. The local region has much to offer St Aubin is located on 25km from the cathedral town of Lisieux in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region well known for its cider calvados and cheese making traditions. The resort town of Deauville (55km) famous for its annual film festival. A short drive away is the port town of Honfleur which is a must for visitors, it has riverside restaurants and is very pretty.
Broglie area
Orbec is about 8km away and has several supermarkets and an execellent choice of restaurants. Bernay is slightly further away but is a larger town with lots going on. Brionne is an ideal fishing area as it has large lakes. Rouen Honfleur, Deauville, Lisieux are all easy rides away.
How to get there
From Calais take the road to Rouen go through Rouen and take the A28 to Orbec exit 15, then go to the town of St Aubin du Thenney.

Further details indoors: Very comfortable furniture and beds all to a high standard real home from home.
Further details outdoors: The cottage is set in two acres there is a spash pool in the garden which is shared with another house in the grounds, and an enclosed natural pond. There are many fruit trees. The cottage is in a very quite area surronded by farmland. The lanes are lovely for walking and riding very few cars. There are two houses in the grounds and we would be willing to let the two together for the bigger parties
Conditions
We require £100 non refundable deposit when booking and the balance at least 6 weeks before the holiday. We also require a £60 breakages deposit when you arrive in a cheque which we will tear up or cash after the property is checked.

Well equipped lovely cottage and grounds, massive beach at Deauville lots to do crazy golf paddling pool train ride, horse riding, and town centre is lovely.Park Zoologique at Lisieux is worth a visit for the children.
A perfect rural retreat for two burnt out Londoners and their baby. Tuesday morning market at L'Aigle was great as was Saturdays at Bernay. Broglie has a nice riverside walk and a yummy boulangere. Local castles also worth a visit. We are going home totally relaxed.
Lovely time playing in the garden while the sun was out Visited towns of Orbec, Bernay and Brionne.
