The property is a country manor boutique hotel and the penthouse is located on 2 floors and decorated in a modern, contemporary design. Televisions in all the bedrooms and surround sound cinema TV in the laounge with gas log fire. Private sundecks and terrace with BBQ and furniture. The property has spectacular views overlooking the river and the countryside beyond.

The climate for the area is moderate and mild all year with the occasional British rainy days! summers are usually in the mid 20's

During the spring time this area is famous for its blossom trail and in may June celebrates the festival for asparagus for which the
area is famous.

During the summer there are various fishing and boat festivals which attract many visitors for across the UK.

The Broadway area

The penthouse is situated between Evesham and Broadway which is regarded as the capital of the Cotswolds with its beautiful honey colours

Cotswold buildings; it is an excellent base to visit the Cotswolds being only 5 minutes drive from Broadway and ten minutes drive to Stratford-on-Avon the heart of Shakespeare.

The penthouse is an integral part of the riverside hotel and restaurant and has the benefit of an on site award winning restaurant with a choice of bar and terrace snack and a la carte candle lit dining restaurant overlooking the river in the evenings.
For the self catering there is all the modern amenities of your own kitchen but with the option to have the chefs cook a gourmet dinner party for £25,00 per head or bar snacks can be ordered as takeaway. there is also the option to order breakfast in bed.

There is onsite free fishing and you can hire a boat to explore the river and have a picnic.

Worcester is 20 mins drive and Cheltenham is approx 15 mins drive Warwick castle is 30 min drive
horse riding and golf are very close by and the property is opposite the Evesham country park with over 400 acres of walking trails parks and a miniature steam train and animal park, ideal for a day out with the children.

“Disappointing” The property was not as advertised, the photos must have been very old, as the property was in need of some TLC. there was no hot water, and nothing the owner could do to get it to work, not great when you have 8 adults and children. The kitchen was really poorly equipped. Lights didnt work in some rooms. Just overall disappointing from the photos and description Mrs Vines Response: The property has played host to hundreds of happy holidaymakers over many years and is freshly decorated each year, it is exactly as photgraphed. The modern Kitchen has built in Dishwasher, Full Height Fridge freezer, cooker, hob, underpelmet and overpelmet lighting, crockery and glasses,ect, the hot water is designed for use for max 8 persons as the maximum advertised number of permitted guests. On this occassion there were as you state 8 Adults and several children, hence it was beyond the agreed capacity therefore the property was crammed and pushed over its agreed stated limit and so No, as the owner there is nothing I can do and this is the only time the hot water ran out as a result of overcapacity.
