The property enjoys the benefit of Sky HD which can be viewed on a 42inch HD ready TV. You also have the use of a DVD player recorder or you can even live pause or record programs on the Sky HD Box. If you wish to purchase films through Sky Box Office there will be an additional charge based on the rental fee. There is also the use of a Playstation 3 with some games in the apartment or bring your own.

Conditions
25% of the total rental is to be paid within 2 weeks of the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be settled 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday together with a £100 breakages deposit which will be returned within two weeks of the end of your stay.
Any cancellation within 8 weeks of holiday will incur the full cost of the rental.
The South East England / Kent region
Kent is reputedly the garden of England and Broadstairs is one of the county's best kept secrets. Nearby is the historic Cinque port of Ramsgate with a regular ferry service to Ostend. It is also an ideal base to visit many local attractions including the historic City of Canterbury, Sandwich Golf Course, one of the hosts of the English Open Championship, the Turner Gallery at Margate or why not take a trip to the continent from either Ashford or Dover?
The Broadstairs area
Broadstairs is a small Picturesque seaside town set on the Isle of Thanet. It has 7 sandy bays three of which were awarded blue flag status in 2008 (Joss Bay, Stone Bay, and Botany Bay). For those who like water sports Joss Bay is Kents premier surf beach with a resident surf school where it is also possible to hire kajaks by the hour as well as receive surf tuition. It was also home to Charles Dickens and Dickens House is well worth a visit. There is a lively Folk Week (August) and a Dickens Festival (June) held in the town each year.

Broadstairs is located on the Isle of Thanet, which is situated in the north east corner of Kent.
Travel By Road
The route to Broadstairs from the M25 is virtually all motorway/dual carriageways. Take exit 2 on the M25 and join the A2, which after crossing the Medway at Chatham becomes the M2. Follow the motorway to junction 7 where you need to take the A299 sign posted for Ramsgate.
Follow the road for approximately 20 miles where you will pick up signs for Broadstairs.
By Air
Manston is Kent's International Airport and is 5 miles from Broadstairs. Gatwick is the nearest major airport and is approximately 85 miles away. There is an express service to London Bridge Station or London Victoria where a direct service can be taken to Broadstairs.
By Train
There are regular train services from London Victoria (1hr 40mins) and London Charing Cross (2hrs 20min). The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk from the station.
By Sea
There are regular ferries to Dover 20 miles (35km) (Calais Boulogne) or Ramsgate 3 miles (6km) (Ostend) or you can take the Eurotunnel from Calais to Folkestone.
By Coach
National Express coaches run a regular coach service to Broadstairs from London Victoria to Broadstairs.

This holiday let is 5 star. We stayed here for 7 weeks whilst waiting for our furniture to come home from Mexico and it made an excellent base. Not only is it in a good location, within an easy walk to the beach and high street, it is well furnished and every need is catered for. There is off street parking for 2 cars, 1 place on a first come, first served basis and on-street parking also. I highly recommend this as a comfy base to explore Broadstairs and cannot think of a single negative point. This property was very well equipped and had everything provided for. It was all you could want as a base for a holiday or home from home. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach.
