"The Flat" is located on Albion Street which is just off the High Street in Broadstairs and less than a five minute walk to Viking Bay. The apartment has been decorated to a high standard with holiday makers in mind. The front door opens on to an open plan hallway with wood effect flooring leading to a dining area seating six. This opens on to a fully fitted kitchen with all modern, integrated appliances including a family sized fridge/freezer, oven & hob, concealed & fitted washer/dryer and dishwasher, microwave plus everything else you need in a home away from home.
The inner hallway leads to the main bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the family bathroom has a lovely new bathroom suite with a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
Stairs lead down from the dining area to the lower ground floor which offers a fantastic living room with entertainment in mind. There is a wall mounted flat screen television with the Sky package Entertainment Extra with Movies plus a DVD player. The property also benefits from Wi-Fi with Sky broadband unlimited. The living room then leads to a games room equipped with two multi media gaming chairs, a flat screen TV, PS3 & Wii. There is also additional seating for any spectators and fancy lighting for a party atmosphere!
Beyond the games room there is an inner hallway leading to a separate shower room (no toilet) and the third bedroom which has a single bed with a pullout single mattress below. This bedroom does benefit from some natural light. There is a door leading from the inner hallway to the rear communal entrance door with access to the parking space which is included with this holiday let. Parking in the heart of Broadstairs is almost as difficult as parking in London & nearly as expensive so this is a real bonus.
