The Isle of Thanet region
Rightly described as the Garden of Englad, Kent offers miles of sandy beaches and secluded coves.
Canterbury with it's world famous cathedral and Leeds and Dover Castles are only 3 of the outstanding visitor attractions of Southern England.
Kent is generally considered to have one of the best climates in the UK.
This Victorian gem has remained largely unspoilt.
The local streets have a large range of independant, owner-run shops and the town boasts an excellent range of cafes, bistros, wine bars, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches holding the coveted Blue Flag Award.
The museums of Dickens House and Crampton Tower reflect the history of Broadstairs as does the annual Dickens Festival.
The acclaimed Folk Week is a festivl of music and dance from around the world and is held in the second week of August.
Now in its third year, Broadstairs Food Festival goes from strength to strength and is held in September.
