Silvers 1 is based in Broadstairs in a small modern development.. It has a garden with benches for out door dining. There is a lounge area with flat-screen TV. On the ground floor there are 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. There is also a ground floor utility room with a toilet and shower, the ground floor bedrooms and shower are great for families. The first floor has 2 single bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, there is also a family bathroom with shower above the bath.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to enable meals to be prepared and served for the whole family. The is a breakfast bar which seats up to 6 people for dining.

The house is ideally placed for exploring the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate and all the other attractions of the region. We have six large properties with six bedrooms and a cot can be provided for younger visitors. Free Wi-Fi is offered in every property and all have flat screen televisions.

Our property is located in Broadstairs on the Kent coast. The house is ideally placed for exploring the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate and all the other attractions of the region.

The local area offers everything for a perfect break: cycle the Viking Trail, play golf on championship courses, relax on one of the seven Blue-Flag Award sandy beaches or wander the coastal paths.
