"Surprisingly spacious apartment with the great benefit of a lovely courtyard garden"
As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home, and were surprised at how spacious the apartment is. The welcoming bottle of wine was a nice touch!
The flat is in a perfect location and everything is within a short walking distance. After unloading the car, we found a parking space a short walk away and left it there the whole weekend. The local bus service was brilliant and a great way to discover the local area. After a hectic day of sightseeing it was so nice to come back and sit in the garden with a glass of wine and then relax in the living room with all the candles lit, very romantic! I would definately recommend it!

"Lovely flat, great location, nice owner went bit extra to be helpful"
Booked the flat for a weeks seaside holiday with my husband and tiny new 11-week-old baby. The location is excellent - only a few steps from the town in one direction and from the bandstand and promenade in the other and the lovely huge sandy beach in the middle. The flat itself is very comfortable and we were very impressed with how well equipped it was. Everything from matches for the barbeque to buckets and spades for the beach. I would definitely recommend it.

"Comfy, Cosy and Clean Cottage set in fantastic location"
I have been going to Broadstairs for the last 15 years and this has to be one of the only cottages that I would sincerely say had it all.
As a single parent with one daughter (now almost 17) it is always difficult to find suitable one/two bedroom affordable accomodation close to the town centre.
I do not drive so the location was great for both the town centre and the train station. Everything too was provided so this minimised how much we had to carry. The cottage too was clean and comfortable with very taseful decor and a lovely outdoor patio which woud have been great had we gone in better weather.
Despite the weather, Broadstairs has great resturants, pubs and coffee bars. The beach is sandy and the cliff top walks a marvel.
Our 5 days were a much needed break from a stressful fast paced job in the city and a good environment for my daughter to catch up on her A' level studies...will be back!

We stayed for One week on the May Bank Holiday. The basement flat was 2 minutes walk from a fantastic beach. You could go down in the lift or walk the steps. Flat was very comfortable and very well equipped. We had a BBQ in the small courtyard at the back. Flat was very spacious. We were left a complimentary bottle of wine which was really nice. I would recommend this as a holiday rental.
Broadstairs is a lovely unspoilt Seaside resort with lots of different places to eat.
