Stayed in Broadstairs with the Grandparents, two parents and a toddler. Great that the house was on a few levels so those who wanted to sleep in the morning were not disturbed by the toddler doing jigsaws downstairs.
When we walked in the sun was shining and the decor of the house just makes you feel like you're on holiday! The weather is dryer over this side of the UK and we had a beautiful week on Stone bay (visible from the house) exploring rockpools and on Viking Bay which is traditional and lovely.
The pubs in Broadstairs were great.....as was the ice cream and fish and chips.
All a toddler could ever want - digging on the beaches then playing in the house's ample garden with the Grandparents while the parents sipped coffee on the balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Perfect. So much to explore in the area....may well return. Do take a cool bag to take home lovely produce from the local butchers.
