There are an abundance of extra faciliites to complement the cottages and set them apart from many other self catering establishments. These include a large hot tub, barbecue veranda, games lawns, fitness suite, games room, stunning group dining room with Oak tables and communal sitting room. There is an abundance of both indoor and outdoor space for your group to enjoy.
Hembury Court is fortunate with its location being situated in a sunny valley close to the famous thatched village of Broadhembury with a pub and also a charming shop , post office and tea room. Broadhembury is the gateway to the Blackdown hills which is an area of outstanding natural beauty, with its numerous dedicated walks. We are 5 miles from the busy market town of Honiton which has an abundance of restaurants and antique shops. The beaches of Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe are nearby and are all part of the Jurrasic coastline.
The entire complex works exceedingly well for groups of up to 17 people enabling groups to dine and socialise in style and yet have the peace and tranquility of their own individual cottages. It's an ideal venue for family celebrations and reunions. The flexibility in the way that the beds can be arranged ( twins or superking doubles) and the downstairs bedroom with adjacent wet room make the accommodation very versatile.

Hembury Court is very fortunate in its location being 20 miles east of Exeter, five miles from the market town of Honiton and one mile from the thatched village of Broadhembury, This venue provides the perfect base from which to explore Devon.
It is easily accessible from both the M5 and the A303 and has good public transport links with both Honiton and Tiverton Parkway stations and also Exeter airport.
The Jurassic Coast with its' stunning beaches together with a whole host of tourist attractions are easy to explore from Hembury Court.
It is on the edge of the Blackdown Hills with a south facing elevation looking down the valley towards Sidmouth. The famous thatched village of Broadhembury with its pub, Post Office, shop and tea room is only a 1 mile walk away along some of Devon's finest country lanes and foot paths. The parish of Broadhembury has produced a detailed 'Walkers guide' allowing guests to enjoy the pleasures of this undiscovered part of Devon. The ancient market town of Honiton, with its abundance of antique shops, provides a superb shopping/exploring experience.
Honiton is a busy and friendly market town situated approximately six miles from Hembury Court. It is famous for its lace, pottery and antiques shops and is full of character with many interesting buildings and shops to explore.
Honiton has a wide range of eating places including coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and hotels and there is something to suit all tastes.
Every Tuesday and Saturday throughout the year, visitors can find a bustling market in the High Street. You can buy anything from antiques and bric-a-brac to clothing, fresh produce, plants, flowers and crafts. On the third Thursday of each month, a farmers' market is held outside the parish church.
