About the home

A traditional fisherman's cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham's picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious lounge on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.

The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and wifi. It is situated at the top of a small flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.

Please note: There steep stairs throughout this property making it unsuitable for children under 5.

Parking permits can be purchased entitling you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across Torbay. Please call 01803 855282 to arrange.

The Brixham area

The charm and character of the local cottages, perched over the Golden Hind replica and local seafood restaurants and shops below, combined with the 500 berth marina and Breakwater, make Brixham a boat lovers paradise. You can learn about the town’s maritime history in the Heritage Museum or simply watch the numerous boats coming and going. Brixham has one of the largest working fishing ports in the country, adding to the nautical activity.

There is much more to see and do in Brixham, including the seawater swimming pool at Shoalstone, woodland walks at Churston, and the Napoleonic Fort and Country Park at Berry Head. This nature reserve forms part of the South West Coast Path with breathtaking views along the coastline.
