29 North Furzham Road is an extremely spacious town house ideal for two sharing families or large groups with sea, harbour and bay views that need to be seen to be believed. From the patio and 3 of the 5 bedrooms there are breathtaking panoramic views of the harbour, marina and far out to sea.

Its locality caters for all comers and can be reached from the town centre and harbour in around 10 minutes through one of the traditionally narrow and steep winding paths of Brixham.

Family Area:-

On the ground floor there is a comfortably decorated seating area just off the kitchen and dining area. The sofa seats up to 6 people comfortably. Also included:-

48" LCD TV with freeview and DVD player.

Comfortable leather six-seater L shaped sofa.

Board games and books provided.

Double glass doors open to outside patio.

Kitchen:-

The kitchen in the property is spacious with tiled floors and large units. It has a fitted electric oven, gas hob and all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezers in both, with an electric clothes drier.

Dining Area:-

The tile topped table with wicker padded chairs seats 6 and can be arranged to seat more. It also looks out over the patio.

Master Bedroom:-

Stunning sea and harbour views.

Has a large wooden double bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two glass topped bedside chests of drawers.

Also present is a 32" LCD television with freeview and a comfortable modern rocking chair and telescope for watching boats.

Back Bedroom:-

Furnished with two single beds, an oak box frame for clothes and two glass topped bedside tables with bedside lamps.

Bedroom Three:-

Panoramic sea views over the bay.

Bedroom three the largest of the four rooms. It is located off the upper kitchen and is furnished with two single beds, clothes space, chest of drawers and a seating area.

The bedroom also contains binoculars, two bedside cabinets with lights and a large screen television.

Bedroom Four:-

Located at the top of the property contains a double bed, with wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. The bedroom is very tastefully decked out.

This room also contains a television set and an ensuite bathroom with sink and toilet facilities.

This room has great views being located at the very top of the house.

Bedroom 5:-

Furnished with two single beds, two wooden bedside tables with bedside lamps.

Bathrooms:-

The property has two main bathrooms that serve 2 bedrooms and kitchen areas each. Both bathrooms have bath and shower facilities and cabinets for toiletries.

There is also a small bathroom facility on the top floor.

The property contains a number of telescopes and binoculars for star gazing or ship watching.

The ground floor patio has furniture to seat 8 people.

There is no private parking facility but the road at the front of the house always has a number of places.

There is a traditional South Devon Walking festival held in September with a massive variety of activities taking place. Devon itself and specifically Brixham is home to a massive number of walks for all standards of walker!

Come to see the geography of the Jurassic Coast, the national parks or the beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Brixham

Many holidaymakers come to Brixham simply to relax and unwind with family and friends whilst taking in the scenery and atmosphere of this quaint and very traditional fishing town. Whilst fishing remains a major industry in Brixham (more so with the construction of the prospective fish market and restaurant promenade) there remains a vast number of other aspects to the town which brings people every year.

The quality upmarket cafeterias and bistros are fast becoming a focal point of this idyllic place to relax. From springtime to summer the ability to unwind in the one of the various fresh seafood harbour restaurants is a popular attraction, both for the atmosphere and the freshly daily caught sea food.

From spring to autumn there are regular daily ferries from the harbour to the surrounding towns and cities, which offer fantastic coastline vistas and a step off terra firma. If a ferry to Torquay and back for shopping doesn’t interest you then another such ferry runs south along the coastline to Dartmouth, which is a very beautiful and scenic river town. From here the ferry, bus or indeed steam train can take you back to Brixham.

Berry Head Nature Reserve which lies to the South West of Brixham is a great spot from which to view the South Devon Coastline and the South West Coastal Path can easily be joined in Brixham.

If you are interested in history then Brixham's seafaring link is emphasised by the presence of a replica of Sir Francis Drake's 16th - century ship, The Golden Hind.

"Fabulous view, with a homely feel"

"Can't Fault 'The View'"

We found 'The View' went beyond our expectations..Spacious,yet still exudes a cosy ,lived in feeling especially the heart of the house which is the lovely open plan kitchen,diner,lounge area,overlooking the marina.Enjoy the views with a coffee on the patio or stroll into town,sit in the park opposite or a brisk walk along the coastal path,it's all on the doorstep.
Although there were only two of us ,the property is ideal for larger parties or families.
Highly recommended.
