About the home

A three bedroom ex-fishermans cottage set over 3 floors with a reverse layout to make the most of the spectacular views over Brixham harbour, with the upper floors reaching past Torquay to Exmouth and Portland Bill.

The cottage is just 5 minutes walk from Brixham town centre and harbour, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and fish market. A short walk in the other direction is Breakwater beach and Shoalstone open air sea water pool (open throughout the summer months).

A short drive away is Berry Head Country Park; perfect for walking, birdwatching and admiring the view.

Please note: Due to the internal stairs, this property is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish freshly caught that very morning.

Berry Head Nature Reserve is one or Torbays most important nature sites and offers breathtaking views across the South Devon Coastline. The South West coast path can easily be joined in Brixham and is a delight for seasoned ramblers and amateurs alike.
