A washer and tumble dryer are to be found in the garage on the ground floor.

The dining area contains a rectangular beech table with 6 chairs ornamented with a lovely glass vase with matching night light holders.
A high chair is available for any young guests.

Comprises two wood framed single beds, 2 3-drawer bedside units with lamps, and a double wardrobe.
Bathrooms:
The bathroom comprises a white suite with wash basin, w.c., and bath with MIRA shower over and a glass shower screen, as well as a mirror and shaving point.
There is also a cloakroom with w.c. and wash basin on the 2nd floor.

Small balcony with views overlooking the harbour and marina, across Brixham and Torbay.

Small patio area off the lounge.
Entrance to the development is by a r/c security gate.
From the kitchen there is a door giving you access to King Street, which runs behind the property and leads into the town centre - an ideal drop off point for shopping or for the less mobile.

Moorings Reach is a luxury development of apartments and houses directly on Brixham Marina and harbour in Brixham. It is the ideal place to relax and watch the boats enter and leave the harbour whilst enjoying the high standard of internal décor throughout. Brixham centre is a few minute's leisurely walk along the water's edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction.
The Brixham area
Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches; it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages.
While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as The Bay Coffee House, and restaurants such as Bistro 46. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish freshly caught that very morning.
Berry Head Nature Reserve is one or Torbays most importanat nature sites and offers breathtaking views across the South Devon Coastline. The South West coast path can easily be joined in Brixham and is a delight for seasoned ramblers and amateurs alike.

- Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at all other times of the year.
- Each booking also incurs a non-refundable booking fee of £35.
- All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
- Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival.
