Lyncoln is a dormer bungalow in quiet road perched on the hill above Brixham Harbour and just a short walk down to the town and harbour side. Newly renovated and decorated throughout, this property is an ideal holiday home for the whole family.
The property benefits from a large garden with a pond, patio furniture, a barbecue and a children's playhouse plus ample off road parking. Brixham town centre and harbour are just a short walk away (down a fairly steep hill) where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars and attractions plus transport links to the livelier towns of Paignton and Torquay.

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches; it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages.
Brixham area
While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as The Bay Coffee House, and restaurants such as Bistro 46. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish freshly caught that very morning.
Berry Head Nature Reserve is one or Torbays most importanat nature sites and offers breathtaking views across the South Devon Coastline. The South West coast path can easily be joined in Brixham and is a delight for seasoned ramblers and amateurs alike.

Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom one Situated on the first floor this room benefits from lovely open views across Torbay and the coast beyond. Furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, 2 arm chairs and a TV.
Bedroom two Situated on the first floor this room is furnished with twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and 5 drawer chest. Entertainment is provided by a TV and Playstation 2 with games.
Bedroom three Situated on the ground floor this room benefits from views over garden. Furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets both with lamps, a wardrobe and 5 drawer chest. Entertainment is provided by a TV. For younger guests, a free of charge cot is also provided.
