A two bedroom end of terrace house situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of Brixham. It is just ten minutes walk away from Battery Gardens, a very pretty park with gardens which lead you through a wood to Fishcombe Cove and the coastal path. The town centre and Harbour are only a fifteen minute walk away.

The main feature of the property are the French windows in the sitting room, which open onto a large decked sun terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sun and alfresco dining.

Brixham is fast becoming one of the South West’s upmarket resorts, and has embraced café society to the full. Just walk along the harbour and see all the people sitting outside dining while watching the boats on the water. Early risers will be able to watch the trawlers land in the mornings, sea cruises round Torbay and Dartmouth are also popular, as is taking a walk across the cliffs at Berry Head or hunting for fossils at St Mary’s Bay – the list of activities is endless!
