The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors with the living and kitchen areas downstairs and the bedroom upstairs both floors overlooking the Golden Hind and the inner harbour. There is a small outdoor courtyard with garden furniture.
The harbour, beaches, shops, museum and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and the nearest golf course is a five minute drive away. The property has been newly refurbished for Summer 2008.

How to get there
On entering Brixham on New Road turn left into Lindthorpe Way. Follow this road up the hill and into Northfields Lane. Follow Northfields Lane into Furzenham Road. This becomes One Way. At the cross roads go staright over keeping to the left. Down the hill until you meet Higher Street. As you come down the hill a road joins from your left. go straight on for a few yards and you can go no further as you are at Higher Street Steps. Walk up up the ramp on your right (Harbour Heights on your left) and the Lower Deck is the blue building on the right through the wrought iron gate.
