Completely refurbished in 2013, this comfortable chalet is situated just a short 10 minute walk along the costal path to Brixham Harbour. Picturesque Fishcombe Cove is 5 minutes away and the chalet has the benefit of having full free use of amenities on Brixham Holiday Park (right next door), which include heated indoor & outdoor (childs) pool (Apr-Oct), playground with swings, slides, climbing frames etc which is right next to the holiday homes, snooker tables, laundrette (payable extra),on-site small shop, bar offering meals & take away service & regular evening entertainment.
Perfect for families, the chalet has one double bed, 2 single beds & a double sofabed. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with small ice-box freezer compartment, kettle, toaster & microwave. There is a dining table & 2 benches for eating. The bathroom has electric shower, bath, sink & wc. The chalet has electric heating for the colder months, if needed. There is a free-view TV & DVD player in the chalet, a docking station for your iPods/iPads/iPhones & access to free Wi-Fi. There is a leather corner sofa in the lounge area which opens out into a double sofabed. There are also 2 beanbags in the property for extra seating.
This chalet has the added benefit of having it own private large decking area on the front, equipped with patio table & chairs(4) to take in the sea views that the chalet enjoys. There is also a reserved car parking space for the property.
All bed linen and tea towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach and bath towels.
Should you have young children, there is a small toy box in the chalet which your children are welcome to use. There are also 2 bed guards for the single beds should you need them for young children - please let us know if these are needed prior to your stay. There is a small inflatable paddling pool that guests are welcome to use for toddlers/small children if it gets too hot!!
There is a large communal garden to the rear of the property & use of a washing line should you need it.
The property is, in general, suitable for the elderly/restricted mobility however, please be aware there is a step up to the decking to enter the property & the chalet is on a slightly elevated position. Unfortunately, the chalet probably isnt suitable for wheelchair access due to the step on the decking area & door widths. Sorry.
The poperty has an outside light on the decking.
PLEASE NOTE - the washing machine & dryer are not located in the chalet - there are in a shared building & are payable extra.
PLEASE NOTE - the swimming pools, laundrette, bar & restaurant are only available April-October.

The West Country region
With just a 10 minute walk into Brixham, this chalet is perfectly located to explore the Devon coast. Paignton & Torquay are easily accessible either by road, bus, or take one of the pedestrian ferries that leave Brixham Harbour regularly & cost a couple of pound return! Ferry trips across to Dartmouth are also available from the Harbour.
Brixham has a wealth of individual shops to explore, excellent fish restaurant and pubs and of course outstanding fish & chip shops & ice creams. Brixham's famous fish market is situated right on the harbour side with early morning tours in high season. The town has a couple of small supermarkets with the larger stores being a 10 minute drive away. Brixham holds a craft market every Saturday from April to September which is held right by the harbour. The replica of the Golden Hind is a most to take alook around. There are plenty of tourist leaflets available in the chalet for you to decide how to spend your days!
There is a large freshwater outdoor lido in Brixham if the water is warm enough...& its free! Steam railway is situated at Churston (5 minutes away) and Berry Head Nature Reserve iswithin walking distance of the town.
Fishcombe Cove is a 5 minute walk away and nearby Goodrington Beach & Broadsands are a short 15 minute drive towards Paignton.

A beautiful chalet equipped with everything you could need. Immaculately decorated and has a very homely feel. Close to everything, shops, beach and Brixham harbour.
Facilities onsite excellent for children swimming pools and play area. Beautiful views from the chalet of the sea and over to Torquay. Ferry caught from Brixham harbour over to Torquay which was very cheap £2 return and was a lovely extra to the holiday.
