A second patio to the rear offers a secluded sun trap, with a path around the side of the house to a gate giving access directly on to the pedestrian promenade.
Brixham centre is a few minutes’ leisurely walk alongside the harbour, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. In the opposite direction, Breakwater Beach is a short walk past the marina - a great place to watch the boats come and go.
