Number 54 is accessed by 2 steps into a communal entrance hall, then a lift or stairs.

Brixham centre is a few minutes’ leisurely walk along the harbour to where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. A few minutes’ walk in the other direction takes you past the marina to Breakwater Beach.
