Comfortable and homely chalet ideal for family holidays. Very easy access to nearby beach, just 5 minutes walk and also use of nearby holiday park and its facilities including indoor & outdoor pool, games room, bar & restaurant.
No 11 is tastefully furnished and well equipped with all you should need on your holiday.
The kitchen has just been upgraded with new cupboards, worktops & tiles, a brand new fan oven & grill and a ceramic hob - the sink has been moved so you can admire the view whilst yo wash up. it is now much more usable and a delight to cook in!
The bathroom was refurbished last spring and now boasts an all new suite and electric shower and the whole place has now been decorated throughout, so it really is an up to date & comfortable place to have a holiday.
Beds will be made up on arrival and tea towels will be provided. You are asked to provide your own bath & beach towels.
The bungalow is fully carpeted and electricity, heating and hot water is included.

Easy parking, easy access to both beach & Brixham town
You are able to access all the facilities of the Holiday Park next door which includes the use of their Indoor Heated Swimming Pool & Heated Toddlers Pool
The comfortable Bar offers meals and a Take-away Service and has recently had new owners so they have fresh ideas and are keen to be friendly!
There is nightly entertainment for all the Family and an on-site shop and launderette.
We are situated just 150 yards from the Beach and we enjoy the beautiful scenery of the bay.
It is just a 10 Minute walk to Brixham Harbour and Town Centre offering even more choice of pubs & places to eat.
Please bring your own bath & beach towels as we are unable to provide these for you - sorry!

Devon is full of rolling hills and countryside leading down to beautiful beaches and bays; from pretty little towns to picturesque thatched villages;busy fishing harbours and seaside promenades there is something for everyone to enjoy and discover!
The climate is mild all year round which is why our palm trees flourish so its not hard to see why visitors return here year after year. There are many lovely gardens , castles and even stately homes to explore; you can even take a boat trip up and down some of our beautiful rivers.
So visit Devon and see just what we have to offer..............................
The Brixham area
Brixham is a delightful little harbour town perched near the end of Berry Head - it is famous for its fishing fleet and especially for the crab & lobster that are landed here.
There is now a swanky new marina full of elegant yachts whilst the town is bustling and busy and retains much of its character and charm.
By boat and you can even go further afield to Torquay or round the coastline to beautiful Dartmouth - you can then come back on the old steam train from Kingswear.
There are several little coves & bays to explore on foot and children can try their hand at crabbing in the many rock pools- the walk out to the Berry Head Country Park with its Napoleonic Fort is pretty & bracing with wonderful views ( you can also drive if its just too far!)

From the M5 at EXETER take the A380 towards Brixham then A3022 Brixham Road, to Brixham.
Pass 'Welcome to Brixham' sign and take left hand filter at traffic lights. In approximately 400 yards, turn left into Lindthorpe Way signposted Fishcombe Cove & Brixham Holiday Park.
Follow this road for @ mile; after passing North Boundry Road, take the next turning left down towards Fishcombe Cove. Turn left again into Brixham Holiday Park, keep to left and drive through the main Car park and into the Fishcombe Holiday Homes Car park - No 11 is on your right with a marked parking space in front.

The resort was quiet at this time of year; complete silence at night. This suited us as our main objective was to unwind and take it easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Brixham. The chalet is in an excellent setting with sea views across Torbay. The chalet was well presented and furnished. Ideal size for our family of four. Our daughters also really enjoyed having access to the swimming pool which was a highlight for them. I would highly recommend this property for rental.
