Brixham has much to offer you as a holiday destination and the whole area caters for all requirements from a cream tea on the quayside to the ever popular crab fishing, go-cart racing, adventure parks, beaches, pools and, of course, wonderful walks, gardens, museums and a long and fascinating history.

Please note that, although there is only a 2 minute level walk into town, the apartment in on the middle floor of a 3 story property and so is not suitable for anyone unable to climb a single flight of internal stairs. The parking area is up 2 flights of stairs (one internal and one external) at the back of the property - it is possible to drop someone off at the front before parking.

The Brixham area
Brixham is the oldest village in the English Riviera situated in the south west of the country. Brixham is one of Britain's busiest fishing ports and the harbour is always full of activity and interest. At the same time, Brixham is charming with narrow streets lined with cottages and the quayside with it's many pubs and restaurants. The harbour, yacht marina and Breakwater beach are linked with a lovely promenade so there is plenty to explore.
Away from the harbour you can lose yourself in a maze of narrow winding streets. Within walking distance from the town centre you will find some of the areas most spectacular scenery, sandy beaches and secluded coves which give way to the towering cliffs of Berry Head - offering breathtaking views of Torbay and the English Channel.

Trains stop at Paignton and then you catch a bus direct to Brixham bus station.
National Express coaches come direct to Brixham bus station.

A lovely, spacious apartment, with all basic amenities needed for a perfect week away. In a great location, easy to find and access. As well as being just a short walk from the beautiful town and historic harbor side of Brixham. Apartment is located near enough from things to do but with no disturbance from extremely busy roads or busy pubs during the day/night time. Overly great affordability and I would definitely recommend. Look forward to staying here again in future! |

Please note that cleaning is not included in the price and we ask you to leave the apartment clean and tidy as you would wish to find it. Cleaning materials are provided for your use.
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
The weekly rate includes heating and hot water. There is an electricity coin meter which covers lighting (all energy saver bulbs that use very little electricity), the TV and the electric cooker. The coin meter takes £1 coins and should cost less than £1 per day - the average cost in summer 2012 was £4 per week.
The accommodation is non-smoking but smoking is permitted in the outside areas.
A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to book specific dates. The remaining balance is then due six weeks before arrival.
For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by bank transfer, debit or credit card.
