Welcome to our Holiday home in Brixham Devon, if you have already visited Brixham Harbour you will understand why we chose to have our holiday home here.
Our Caravan is 35' x 12' and has one double bedroom and one twin room with a double sofa bed in Lounge. It is situated on a newly developed area at Landscove Caravan Park.
We have our own parking bay next to our entrance door and enjoy a private decking area (There is a sea view partially obscured by a wild hedge which may! get trimmed back for 2014)
The decking has a lockable wicket gate (Ideal to stop small children escaping so you can relax on the deck and enjoy the Devon sea air and mild Climate.
Stroll 100 yards and you are on the Coastal path right next to the Cliff Edge with Stunning views across the bay, within walking distance to the harbour. (A shorter route is available through houses but not a picturesque)
Our Caravan is located on a newly developed section of Landscove Holiday Park. The Park is a small Caravan Park and on first impressions is a typical Hi De Hi Chalet Park we enjoyed in our youth before we learnt how to drink Sangria, and offers a full entertainment program with shows and childrens clubs and also small Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools.
At time of Print renting our caravan comes with 6 Free Entertainment passes for your own use (This is to the Park Managers Descretion.)
These passes are also valid at the much larger sister park Riveria Bay Just down road with Bowling alley Take away and loads more.
The Park has a small shop and laundrette, Pub/ Club, Cafe/Restaurant and amusement arcade , the entertainment isn't mandatory and we have not found it intrusive
A short walk takes you to Berry Head Nature Reserve( www.countryside-trust.org.uk/berryhead) Loads of strange sheep Owls Sea Birds, Bats,
There is free wifi in the bar, and can be purchased in other areas from WifiSpark for the duration of your holiday. Speeds are acceptable for most purposes but if you specifically need to stream it will buffer a little depending on demand.
