~For Spring 2014 the owners are expecting to have a small petting farm walk beside the cottages consisting of donkeys, horses, sheep, goats and a hen run which holidaymakers can gather own eggs in the morning. It will be a looped walking taking in the animals plot by plot.

The South East Ireland region

Safety: There is a small old water trough in the common/shared yard - this does not have restricted access. The common area/yard is shared by 4 properties and there could be a lot of traffic at times. Small children would need to be supervised in this area.

Brittas Bay

This barn conversion is one of six holiday homes on a working tillage farm boasting panoramic views of the rolling countryside. Situated 0.5 miles from Redcross village and an hours drive from Dublin City, it is a most relaxing setting. Onsite are communal lawns and swings with a resident friendly dog and donkeys. There is a wonderful scenic one mile farm walk which boasts amazing views of Brittas Bay. Inside the barn is very comfortable , traditional with a cosy wood burning stove and free wireless internet access. It enjoys its own patio area to the front. Redcross has an 18 hole golf course, crazy golf and , tennis courts with Powerscourt Waterfall and Gardens, Avoca Village, Glendalough and much
