Courtyard barn is a beautifully converted barn set in seven acres of meadow and trees surrounded by open countryside and quiet rural lanes yet only six miles from the market town of Holt and ten miles from the North Norfolk coast line and twenty miles from the centre of the historic city of Norwich.

Courtyard barn is an excellent example of a barn conversion very spacious with a vaulted ceiling. The living room is spacious with three of the biggest sofa's you will ever relax into. A huge oak dining table seats ten with ease the open plan room gives a feeling of space and tranquility.moving through to the games room with full size snooker table to spend lovely long evenings pitting your skills agains each other. we have a huge games cupboard stacked with games for the children and adults alike,also numerous DVD's to watch on the 50 inch plasma screen in the living room where there is also a docking station for your iPod.

The kitchen is massive housing a four oven aga, double sink and cupboards stacked with every kitchen utensil you will ever need. Tv, radio and coffee maker with small table and chairs to sit and chat while preparing meals

Four bedrooms on the ground floor including a master suite with six foot bed and Victorian ensuite bathroom. Double doors leading into courtyard that houses a six person Hot Tub, BBQ, with table and chairs. Up the ladder style stairs is the fifth attic bedroom with twin beds. This property lends itself to celebrations, family gatherings and general holidays.

Spacious but cosy, relaxing, quiet location and ideal to spend with family and friends

Spent a long weekend to celebrate my 60th with family. Perfect place to just enjoy time together. Warm, well equipped kitchen and the snooker room and games summerhouse were lots of fun.
