Querciolo complex in located in the famous Valle d'Itria between the most appreciated Ostuni and Cisternino valleys.
Has been totally restored saving the typical and original features (stones, woods, "chianche"...). Il Querciolo stands in very panoramic position over an hill with beautiful long view over the countryside area and hills of Cisternino till Martina Franca and Ceglie'. Is surrounded by dozen of ancient olive trees and fruit trees in a very Puglia' tradition style.
The Complex is featuring with two different house (rented together). Il Querciolo complex (up to 8 guests) The complex is offering in two different houses a total amount of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchen, two living room with fireplace. Should easily accommodate up to 8 guests in very comfortable and typical rooms. Guests are free to use the private pool and outside double barbecue.
Il Querciolo complex is composed by the "Trulleto" house (1-4 guests), Typical Trullo complex of 90 sqm with two delicious bedrooms (one with fireplace), a large living room with fireplace and typical kitchen, and one toilette with shower. From the living room guests are able to watch hills through the shadow of a centenary tree...
And the "Casale" house (1-4 guests): The Casale of about 90 sqm is offering a large living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner, two large bedrooms (one is twin) and one bathroom with shower. From the outside patio people should enjoy the beautiful view over 2000sqm of land around the property and his centenary olive trees.
PLEASE NOTE: - The very kind owner is staying in a separate en-suite room, with different access and area, as have to take care of horses, one dog, the pool's daily maintenance and also the big garden area.
- If you like, you can also enquire for the Bio Trullo as extra suite for two pax: Trullo building only with "natural" features and composed by a suite with double bed and bathroom.
- The use of swimming pool area is strictly allowed only to the house guests.

The Puglia/Molise region

By train - Nearest railway station is Ostuni (www.trenitalia.it) which is about 10 km away from Trulli. Trains come from every major towns of Italy. Regional trains are very often.
By Car coming from North Driving on the SS379 (E55) toward south (direction to Brindisi), exit to Ostuni-Villanova, then follow to Ostuni, then Cisternino-Casalini (SP17) and stop at the pick-up point (about 6,5km after Ostuni).

Conditions
Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash please pay by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due security law reason we will check-in only the guests who are in our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250. Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement.
Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay. Finally cleaning are mandatory EUR 100 Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).
Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).
Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from EUR 10 per person. Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations. Electricity is billed by use EUR 0,30 KW/h Eating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is EUR 80/100 per week.
