About the home

An independent house built on two storeys offering fantastic comfort in a great location for visiting towns, beaches and the stunning local scenery.

The villa is just 10 minutes from the beach. A private pool and balcony for al fresco dining make the property perfect for a great relaxing holiday. Ideal for families seeking relaxation.

We can strongly recommend this house for a family holiday where space is at a premium and the pretty gardens and pool are completely fenced in making it a paradise for parents with smaller children.

The interior of the house is very spacious with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a door leading directly on to the rear patio and pool. The living room has comfortable seating for all. All bedrooms are on the first floor, there is two double bedrooms and a large bedroom with two queen size beds (large singles). There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room with wc on the ground.

Additionally a cot and high chair can be provide at no extra cost.

The property is fully enclosed providing a safe environment for children. The pool is 10m x 5m surrounded by a variety of Mediterranean shrubs. There is a large patio area as well as a veranda with a table chairs and umbrella that will comfortably seat six and is an ideal area for al fresco eating. The patio also has a large fixed barbecue. To the rear is a large olive grove giving a wonderful back drop to the property and attracting a large number of birds.

The front benefits from partial shade during the day creating a slightly cooler area.

Local Beach

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia is an unspoilt part of Italy the summers are hot with temperature often in the high 30's during summer. A mainly agricultural area well known for its olives and wine. The area is great for experiencing a real Italian holiday as it is rich in culture and the gastronomy will satisfy all customers.

The Brindisi / Serranova area

A great location for visiting towns, beaches and enjoying the stunning local scenery. The beach is easily accessible. The villa is conveniently located 15 mins drive from Brindisi which is a lively port city, Caravigno a typical Italian town is only 10 mins drive away and a little further is Ostunia. Further a field Lecce is easily reached within an hour.

Fascano is a local town with a zooadventure park well worth a visit if your a family

Ryanair run a regular service to both airports from Stansted. Easyjet also have daily flights from its hub in Milan which can be easily reached from many airports in the UK.

“Comfortable and spacious villa, with wonderful pool” We've visited the Villa in Serranova twice, once in June 2008 and once in October 20010. The Villa was quick and easy to get to from the airport, and we had good instructions about how to do this. The Villa itself is situated on a quiet road, amidst peaceful Olive groves. The main hall/room is a nice open plan space, with a cosy fireplace and sitting room area with entertainment centre, and the rest of the villa has been finished nicely with clean and comfortable simplicity, with up to date plumbing and kitchen. The outdoor space is fantastic for a family or even a quiet couples getaway. We did both over the period of two years, as we'd had a baby by the second year and found the villa great for children too. The Pool is large and nicely kept, with constant access to the sun, or more sheltered spots under umbrellas or on the verandah. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa both times, and ventured further afield on our second trip to take in the lovely local villages and towns of the region. We also found dealing with the owners very easy and they were very helpful.
