Villa Bianca has been recently restored to a high standard. Soak up the sun, relaxing by the expansive pool and bbq area, or cool off inside and enjoy this fully air conditioned property. The Villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cosy sitting room, and a state of the art kitchen.

The villa is looked after by Vito who will meet you at the airport if required. He owns a lovely villa nearby (400 metres),which sleeps 4 so a group of 10 could be accommodated if you require. Chris looks after housekeeping and prepares a welcome pack for you on arrival. The nearest beaches are at 8km.

The Puglia/Molise region

Located in Italy’s sunny south, Puglia has a unique character and charm, little known to outsiders, it boasts blue sea, golden sands, olive groves and vineyards

Food plays an integral part in the region; fresh fish, melons, figs, olive oils and wines. Puglia produces almost all of the country’s – in fact Europe’s – pasta. Yet although the region may appear Italian down to its boots, the heel of Italy has a very cosmopolitan past; the Greeks, Spanish and Normans all paid visits, leaving architectural tokens throughout, from Baroque churches and Romanesque cathedrals to whitewashed villages of the Mediterranean.

Brindisi / S. Vito Dei Normanni area

San Vito has numerous lovely restaurants specialized in both fish and meat (you will find details on how to reach these in your information brochure in the villa.)

San Vito dei Normanni is an all year round local town which is a short driving distance from other famous towns such as Carovigno, Ostuni - the White City, and Alberobello famous for its trullis. The town of Fasano, which is 45 minutes drive, provides golfing amenities as well as a family fun park zoo safari which is a family day out not to be missed!!

Lecce known as the 'Florence of the south', is also 45 minutes drive. From here the rest of the Salentine peninsula is easily accessible, head down the rocky east coast round to Santa Maria Leucca and then up to the sandy beaches of the west coast and the ancient town of Gallipoli. A very pretty and popular beach is at Pantanagiani, half way between Specchiolla and Torre San Sabena with parking very near to the beach, bars, and cafes.

The spacious lounge has a pellet stove installed, in addition to gas central heating. Off season rentals are more than welcome. The property has modern facilities such as state of the art kitchen and bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning. The cool basement bedroom has an en-suite shower room. All furniture is new. All bedlinen, towels and pool towels are provided.

The villa is normally available from 6 p.m. on day of arrival until 2 p.m. on day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure time should be negotiated with our housekeepers depending on circumstances. A 50% deposit is required with booking form usually sent by e-mail. The final payment should be sent with a separate cheque for £100 loss and damage deposit. Payments can also be made by electronic transfer to our account.
Please let our housekeepers know your time of arrival.

Conditions

A £100 breakages deposit cheque to be sent with final payment. This will be returned or shredded within 2 weeks of departure.
The villa should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Suntan creams are not allowed to be used while swimming in the pool. They can upset the chemical balance of the disinfectant properties of the water. A shower is available in the outside utiliy room.
Please let our housekeepers know of any breakages before depature so that they may be replaced before the next visitors arrive. Small items can be paid for before leaving.

*A 50% non refundable booking fee will be transferred to the owners upon booking. Cheques payable to B Bishop. Or an electronic transfer can be made from other countries to our account.

*The remaining 50% is payable 4 weeks before arrival.

*A Pound Sterling cheque for 100 pounds made out to B. Bishop should be sent with the final balance of rent as a security deposit.

*This cheque will be returned or shredded within 2 weeks after the client has returned from their holiday, providing no damage has been registered to the property rented. In which case a previously agreed charge will be deducted from the amount prior to a balance being returned to the holiday maker.

I spent a week with my partner at Villa Bianca and it was amazing, the villa is well looked after and modern. The pool is huge compared to other villas. The weather was amazing. Vito was star!
