The Puglia/Molise region
Torre Guaceto is a UNESCO nature reserve of 22.000 hectares of sea and land. You will not see any large hotels or buildings on the coast line.
The sea is beautiful and clean and the countryside is full of bouquets of flowers and trees. 1000 year old olive trees stand like something from lord of the rings and the crickets make a wonderful sound in the evening.
Temperature is a micro climate and warmer than other parts of Puglia especially north of Ostuni.
Brindisi / Serranova area
Serra nova is a small village with several shops. Caravigno and San vito are larger towns with white marbled streets and beautiful architecture.
Lecce and Ostuni are 20 minutes away and Arebebolla the Trulli town is 35 minutes away.
The fields and surrounding areas are covered with olive and fruit trees and the smell from their blossom is superb. The fields and hedgerows are covered in wild flowers during the months of April and May.
Brindisi ports have regular ferries to Corfu, Greece, Egypt.
How to get there
From Brindisi. take the highway towards Bari and the north. After 10 kilometres turn off at junction 38 Torre Guaceto and Serra Nova.
At the exit travel across the highway and turn left on a service road. follow the road for 2.3 kilometres. Turn right at the sign post 37 and travel on this country lane for 1.5 kilometres.
Travel across the cross road and the villa is on the right after 500 metres.
If in doubt head towards Serra Nova.

Further details indoors: The interior is spacious and has several rooms with different themes. There is a reception sitting area, large hallway cool in the summer. 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets. Fully equipped kitchen. Large dining table and lounge area.
Further details outdoors: The villa has an elegant entrance with high gates and long drive, with lots of wonderful aspects to explore; from the formal garden, with high palms, to the small copse. The front of the property is very much a luxury villa, whilst the back is a working olive and fruit farm with over 130 olive trees, oranges of all kinds, lemons and 100 grape vines.
Further details
The pool is a large13x6 meters x 1.5 meters deep above ground. The benefit of an above ground pool in comparison to a below ground pool is the shock when you get in. The above ground pool is made from a reflective material that heats the water and makes it a pleasure to swim. We guarantee between mid June to mid September you will not get a warm pool.

Lovely place perfect to spend our anniversary. The setting and location was fantastic, great for the kids. We went for a chill out weekend and ended up picking the olives with the farmer, fantastic. The neighbours are so friendly and always wanting to give you something.
