Incredibly central, gorgeous house with balcony and south facing terrace in the middle of the North Laine in Brighton.

3 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from the beach and no time at all from all that is really going on in Brighton - funky little shops, theatres, bars, clubs, restaurants and cinemas, the Royal Pavilion - it's all on your doorstep.

Everything in Brighton you may want to see or experience is 30 seconds - 15 minutes' walk from your front door - you can see it all from the terrace. Great kitchen for cooking and space to sit down, big comfy living area, plenty of room to hang your hat and rest your bones.

Great for families and kids too - short distance to pretty much everywhere is brilliant for little legs.

A real find to explore from and find your way back to.
