This delightful, two bed, self catering holiday cottage is located in the heart of Hanover, Brighton's bohemian artistic district. With its artist designed interior full of flea market finds and designer wallpapers, Candy cottage has a unique retro vibe. A relaxed home-from-home, whilst feeling a little bit extra special too. Each room is packed with charming details; original chandeliers, fifties fabrics, reclaimed wood, mirrored furniture, retro lamps and amazing wallpapers.

Candy Cottage two double bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 6 guests with the use of a double sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have super king size zip and link beds, which can be set up as twins upon request. The property also benefits from a lovely patio garden, free on-street parking, and a central location.

The cottage is just a 10 minute walk from the fashionable North Laine, with its vintage shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs. 15 minutes' walk from the Seafront, Brighton Palace Pier, The Brighton Wheel, the famous antique Lanes, and Brighton Pavilion and museum. You will also find all the designer shops in this area, so you can literally shop till you drop!

We would recommend a trip to the Duke of Yorks Picture house on Preston circus, if you want to go to the cinema, or Komedia for a one stop cafe/bar/cinema/late night dancing or comedy club experience.

Big bars or night Clubs are mainly located on the seafront, so again a 15 min walk away. Alternatively, within a 15 minute drive you are in the heart of the South downs national park.

There are many water sport activities going on from paddle boarding and kayaking, (head west of Brighton Pier)or head to the marina for a local boat trip.

The marina also hosts a massive car boot sale on a Sunday from 6am-2pm

Upper Gardner street market in the North Laine is great on Saturdays for a flea market and antiques, and street food.

Locally in Hanover, there are convenience stores, a chemist, a butcher, fish and chips, the famous"Fannys" bakery, and there is literally a pub on every corner! For green space, there is beautiful Queens Park at the top of the hill, with a play park, pond, tennis courts. Plus the newly designed 'Level' play park with state of the art skate park, fountains, rose garden & café, is at the bottom of Southover St.

Alternatively, for stunning walks and scenery, within a 15 minute drive you are in the heart of the South downs national park.
