Situated in the heart of the South Lanes in the centre of Brighton. An exceptional and unique Grade II listed property for groups up to 10. We are very close to all the major conference venues and Brighton mainline rail station is only ten minutes walk away and all local bus routes as well as the coach station are only five minutes walk away.
The house was originally built in 1780, and has been tastefully restored with sanded wooden floors, gorgeous bathrooms, contemporary kitchen and beautifully decorated bedrooms and living areas. It is ideally suited to families and friends who wish to share. The house offers a wonderful getaway but with the advantage of being in the town centre close to all Brighton
has to offer.
INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
CHECK-IN - 3.00pm, CHECK-OUT-- 10.00am. Guests will be met at the house within half hourly time slots between 3pm and 6pm. Outside of these times guests may be directed to a different location to collect the house keys. Where possible guests will always be met at the house. We request that guests arrive at the arranged meeting time as we do not have anyone on site to wait for arrivals.
NB. ALL PAYEMENTS & DEPOSITS ARE HANDLED THROUGH "HOLIDAY LETTINGS / TRIP ADVISOR". WE DO NOT HOLD ANY PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS. SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE HELD & RETURNED BY "HOLIDAY LETTINGS / TRIP ADVISOR".
This property is situated in a residential area with many neighbours surrounding it and noise/music must be kept to reasonable levels. With the greatest respect to all potential guests; please note that this is not a party house and if you are coming to Brighton for that purpose then it is NOT the property for you. We do not accept bookings from Stag/Hen parties or similar.
The property has three double/twin bedrooms a sofa bed and two further fold out beds. Two bathrooms beautifully fitted with limestone tiles & Victorian chrome fixtures and fittings in keeping with the period style of the property.
There is a private patio, perfect for relaxing. The open plan kitchen and living room is fully kitted out with all that you need for your holiday, with large flat screen TV, white gloss and stainless steel units and leather sofas and a large extendable dining table.
Perfect accommodation in the centre of town for wedding guests, and conference delegates.
Whether you are here for a long stay or just a weekend, this beautiful house provides the perfect location for a holiday.

Brighton mainline rail station is only ten minutes walk away and all local bus routes as well as the coach station are situated only five minutes away from the property.
The nearest car park is the Black Lion multi-storey at the end of the lane on Black Lion St. There are two large multi stories off West St, which is a 5 min walk. There is also on-street meter parking which now take credit cards, but limited to 4 hours.
24 hour parking vouchers are available at a cost of
£10.00 each per car per day subject to availability, these allow you to park in "PERMIT HOLDER ONLY" spaces within central Brighton.

All the windows in the lounge have roller black out blinds which provide complete privacy for anyone using the sofabed.
