This four storey, four bedroom period Grade II listed property to sleep up to 16 has sea views towards the Palace Pier itself. Situated right in the heart of fashionable Kemptown everything the city of Brighton has to offer is at your fingertips.

Inspired by the glamorous 1930s, the house has luxury written all over it, from the lavish bathroom in the attic eves with its beautiful roll top bath, to the chic entertaining space in the lower ground floor designed with you dining divas in mind! Comfortable grey wool carpeting throughout, with soft silky furnishings. This gorgeous holiday house has period fireplaces in many rooms, sash windows and original vintage furniture mixed with contemporary additions and of course delightful bedrooms with satin wallpapers and glistening art Deco accessories.

This beautiful property can sleep up to 16 guests, with four bedrooms and four sofa beds. There are two silver sofas in the lounge which convert into large single beds, suitable for one adult on each. There are also two single chair beds, to sleep a further 2 guests, also in the lounge.

For groups over 12 there is an additional single sofa bed supplement of £50

For groups over 13 there is a further single sofa bed supplement of £50

For groups over 14 there is a further single chair bed supplement of £40

For groups over 15 there is a further single chair bed supplement of £40

Going down the stairs to the lower ground floor there is an open plan dining room with large table to seat 16. Deco inspired entertaining kitchen with cream glossy curved units & mirrors. Fully stacked with all your champagne flutes, glasses, crockery and cooking equipment. Doors from the dining room lead directly onto your own private garden terrace.

Sparkling and shimmering living room with two large comfy silver sofas. Original fireplace with deco tiles. Plush carpeting and lush lighting - a glamour puss heaven. This room is situated on the ground floor.

There are two silver sofas which convert into large 4ft single beds, suitable for one adult on each. There are also two single chair beds in this room, to sleep a further 2 guests.

There is no parking available with this property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street metered parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display bays. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs in the area for specific instructions. There are also several NCP car parks nearby.
