"Fabulous"

Rally great stay here. Amazing view and facilities. Helpful neighbours. Will definately go back . Highly recommended

"Could do better"

Picking up the key was a fair distance from the property and not particularly easy. Property was in an excellent location with a sea view and a view of the pier out of the lounge and kitchen windows. For a reasonable price there was off road parking immediately in front of the property which was a boon. Cleanliness was fair, stair carpet badly stained and skirting boards dusty. The worst part was the mattress on the bed, it had springs, which creaked and groaned at even the slightest movement. Extension leads were used to connect most of the lighting although light bulbs needed replacing in a number of areas. The window frame in the kitchen was rotted to the extent you could see daylight through it. Overall we enjoyed our weekend but the property is in need of TLC.

"Well-equipped apartment overlooking the best of Brighton"

We stayed in this apartment for one week with a 12-year-old and a baby. The apartment had everything we might have needed… except for an elevator, but we could live without it. The location could not be better, right in the middle of everything, with a good range of supermarkets, restaurants and shops in close vicinity. The outside of the building definitively needs some maintenance, since it looks the oldest in the promenade. I would highlight the fact that we did not talk to anyone physically about the rental, since we picked the keys from a safe in a certain street, and nobody showed up to lead us to the apartment or introduce it in any way. This procedure was rather strange for us, but everything worked well after all, partially thanks to the abundant documentation and instructions found in the living room.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Pier View. As they say, no pain no gain with regard to the view and the stairs! We have asked the landlord to check with the freeholders re decorating the exterior of the property and are waiting to hear back. "Wonderful apartment"

On arrival was very unsure as the outside of the property is in a very poor condition, however once inside the apartment it is finished to a very high standard. Fabulous views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. We did have to do some extra cleaning as the apartment was not cleaned to a very high standard, we found dirty plates and cutlery had been put away and not checked by the cleaning company. We paid for early check in and we're advise we would be met at the property at 12, however when we arrived we were able to collect the keys but could not gain access to the property until 2 because it had not been clean, this was disappointing and we were not offered any apology from the cleaning company. Even though we encountered these issues we would definitely stay here again and hope to return soon.
