Great, one bed property, with a spacious, private terrace. Oak floors throughout, the white walls and lots of windows give this property a light and airy feel. This centrally located property is a great choice for a visit to Brighton. Just a short walk from the vibrant North Laine and Brighton Railway Station, and plenty of access to the bus routes in or out of town, to the University of Sussex, or the Amex stadium, for example.

The spacious double bedroom is located off the inner hallway, as is the lovely decked terrace. With it's well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space complete with large comfy sofa bed, there is a large flatscreen multi channel TV, internet access, dining area that will comfortably seat 4, crisp white bathroom with shower and parking at the top of the road.

This property also has a CD/radio player and i-pod dock.

"Very nice location, good contact"

Good: great location, good equipment, kitchen really has everything you might need, 3 supermarkets within 100m, wi-fi ok, functional washer-dryer, decent space, good contact with service, overall very nice place
Bad: 1. it is not comfortable right now for 4 people, at most for 3. If owners want to make it comfortable for 4 people they should provide 4 quilts, or blankets. I had to buy myself a blanket to sleep comfortably. I asked for an additional blanket but was denied. 2. Bathroom is clean, but there is some mildew in the bathtub, this should be easy to see and clean. 3. On arrival, bedding was not clean enough - it was replaced, frankly speaking, my wife was furious about it, what's a big deal to clean bedding when you have a washer-dryer in apartment? 4. Three bulbs need to be replaced - this is an easy fix, we asked for it, but nothing happened, not a big deal so we didn't ask again 5. Bed in the bedroom makes too much noise, I don't know if this can be fixed, but it can be a headache for some people.
Brighton: if you are with your family, remember that there is something called One Day Family Saver ticket, you can ask and buy it in any bus, costs 9 pounds and you and your family can travel as much as you want during one day - VERY useful, but no bus driver will tell you about it even if you pay for your tickets more then 9 pounds.

"A great Brighton base"

This place is just a short walk from North Laines, and so was a fantastic base for a four-night stay in the city. Graffiti in the front door wasn't encouraging - but the flat itself is bright, mo… More

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and that the minor issue encountered was swiftly resolved. We will ask the landlord to contact the managing agents of the building with regard to the graffiti on the front door. There should have been a welcome folder, we will ask the housekeepers to check. If this has gone missing, it will be replaced.
