This house is in the very centre of Brighton, so just a stone's throw from all the bars restaurants and nightlife of the city and a five minute walk to Brighton Station – so no cabs needed ever! It offers a unique facility in its ability to offer economic but high standard accommodation for larger groups with the desire to be right in the heart of things.
This is an ideal location for parties of friends looking to enjoy the fantastic nightlife of Brighton – but guests should also be aware that this is a quiet residential block and therefore all your partying should be done in the bars! The owner is very protective of his other guests' peace and quiet – but when you need a quiet place to sleep and snooze your bed is just around the corner and you'll be glad of the tranquility of the building.
Arranged over 3 floors, there is space for between 14-18 people to sleep comfortably. With 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 lounges (which are converted to bedrooms with double sofa beds as required) and 3 kitchens.
Each of the floors has a bedroom with 2 zip and link beds that can be used as twin singles, or linked to create a double bed, depending on your needs. The bedrooms have large windows, allowing a lot of natural light.
The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge, with a breakfast bar, and all the appliances one would expect from a modern kitchen. Hob cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
With French doors opening out onto a Juliet balcony the flat has an airy spacious feeling within a classic Brighton Regency style building. There are two sofa beds providing space for an additional 4 people to sleep, or can be kept as sofas for a nice communal area for guests to relax in. There is also a television for entertainment.
The bathroom has a large bath and shower, and is situated at the rear of the building. There is also a washing machine and dryer that can be used by guests.
Arranged in the same manner as the 1st floor bedroom, the zip and link beds can be used as a double or two singles.
The second kitchen is similar to the first floor, in that it opens up into the lounge area. The kitchen is fitted with all the amenities that one would expect, an oven and hob, fridge, kettle and toaster so that guests can create meals together.
The lounge is airy and spacious, with two double sofa beds, meaning that up to four people can sleep in the property, or it can be used as communal area with plenty of seating. There is also a table by the window with space for up to four people to sit and enjoy a meal.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower, and is situated at the rear of the property. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom that guests can use.
This is a one bedroom flat with the option of either twin beds or a double in the bedroom.
