In a New York Style
The accommodation at Vine Street Studios is designed with three things in mind: the creation of a space that is as versatile as it is comfortable; the use of finishes, furnishings and fittings that surprise, inspire and delight; the notion that weekend accommodation can – and should – look and feel just like a beautifully designed home. It includes a huge living space, 4 sleeping rooms, a self-contained annex and secure off street parking. (STA)
Cutting Edge Space
Accessed by its own private front door from the street, and situated on the first floor, the living space at Vine Street Studios consists of an enormous lounge, a kitchen, shower and cloakroom. Open plan and characterised by exposed steel beams, oak floors, large Crittall style windows and by walls either clad in oak panels or finished in raw white plaster, the 1000 sq ft space includes a floating staircase, designer furniture, bespoke storage, a huge flat screen television and a selection of limited edition photographic prints and art work. Beautifully lit, relaxed and very cool, it's an extraordinary space, its penchant for cutting edge design epitomised by the attached shower and wash room, a state-of-the-art fibreglass shell, and by its kitchen area, the unit's oxidised metal sheeting superbly judged.
Equally fine, situated on the top floor, off a naturally lit corridor, and accessed by way of the above mentioned floating staircase, the bedrooms run the length of the building. There are 3 standard sized rooms and one master bedroom. Each room contains a double bed, storage and fittings. One of the standard rooms and the master bedroom includes an open plan steel bath. The bedrooms' simple and restrained beauty is perfectly complimented by raw white plaster walls, the overall feel wonderfully Italian.
Bits and Pieces
Please note that Vine Street Studios' annex comes with its own kitchen and en suite shower room. The whole property can comfortably accommodate groups of 10. In the event of a larger group booking, memory foam guest beds will allow for up to 16. Finally, please be advised that the ground floor is run as a Vintage Market and Café selling beautiful interior products and some of the best coffee in Brighton.

There is also an additional single guest bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A washing machine is located at the bottom of the stairs.
Wet Room 3

Whilst the property can accommodate 16 guests it does feel a bit like a dormitory! The ideal group size is 10 with 2 guests per bedroom/studio, 14 works well with 3 in each of the bedrooms and 2 in the studio, 16 is ok if you squeeze an extra guest in the master bedroom and studio.

"Loft living in bohemian Brighton!"
Great place to stay. Very handy for "The Lanes" with its restaurants, bars, coffee houses and shops. Spacious living room makes for a sociable stay. Great to have wi-fi, big TV and hi-fi.
Size of the deposit and the risk of damaging the property was a bit of a worry.
Choose somewhere else if you want to party late into the night and make lots of noise.
Parking in Brighton is a bit of a nightmare.

"Fab apartment, great location, clean, could just do with bigger beds"
We stayed at vine street for a hen do 27-29th September. The apartment is amazing and does have the wow factor as you walk in. The communal areas (lounge/kitchen) were brilliant, definitely big enough for the 16 of us staying.
The only issues were that we were missing hand towels, toilet rolls, tea towels, cleaning utensils. Pro star however did provide hand towels and toilet rolls when a couple of the girls made them aware. We only noticed the lack of cleaning utensils and tea towels later on on Friday night so we had to buy those. Not a big issue just something that the owner could take note of and perhaps provide next time.
The beds are pretty small and some looked like mattress's on the floor however they were actually futons, comfy enough however just a little on the small side. Rooms were a good size though and there were 3 showers, which made getting ready pretty easy with 16 girls.
James and staff were helpful throughout the organisation and I would strongly recommend vine street studios for those of u looking for a big pad in a central location. Car parking for 2 cars on site is also good. Large deposit, however understandable when u see the place. We got all our deposit back, as we left it in a clean and tidy state.
Would rate Vine Street 4/5 overall

"Wonderful time, beautiful space, fantastic location!"
12 of us very happily and comfortably stayed at Vine Street Studios and had the most wonderful time! Helpful and kind service made us feel welcome coming from overseas. As for the facilities, we really appreciated the love and care that has obviously gone into making this home beautiful, unique, functional and inviting. Despite there being 12 of us, the spacious feel of the studio made it very comfortable. Super kitchen facilities, luxurious furnishings and high quality standard throughout, not to mention an incredible location! Highly recommended and definitely coming back!

"Excellent apartment - made our weekend special"
We booked to stay at the Vine Street Studios for my sisters hen party. There were 13 girls in total. Following reading a few of the reviews on here I was made to feel slightly nervous about it, however on arrival I was put at ease.
The key collection point directly below the apartment made arriving very easy. The apartment definitely has a wow factor and the decor reflects a high standard and obvious money has been spent making the apartment what it is.
Baring this in mind and reading previous reviews I did highlight to all that we needed to be respectful of the property and I think this is fair to say we did make the effort to be. We still had lots of fun, we just tidied up after ourselves.
Don't be put off by the large deposit, when you see the apartment you will see why, There are alot of features and decor that are expensive but it's what makes the apartment so special.
The apartment is very spacious and has plenty of washing facilities, toilets showers and baths.
The location is perfect for the beach, shopping and close to the train station.
All in all I have to say that the apartment made our stay in Brighton. I would 100% recommend it.
