This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1st floor Regency apartment to sleep 4 people. Located in central Hove and just minutes from the seafront, this spacious property offers a fabulous blend between contemporary styling and antique furniture.
The apartment has been decorated to an exceptional standard with Farrow & Ball paint, original wooden floors and such an amazing selection of hand crafted items and decorations.

Modern high gloss white kitchen with integrated appliances, large cooker with a 5 ring gas hob and a double oven- great for family feasts! There is plenty of storage cupboards for your weekly food shop, as well as a large fridge with a separate freezer. The basics as microwave oven, kettle and toaster are provided with the owners thinking about the little extras such as The attention to detail goes into the colourful dining set and glasses- all in trendy ice-cream colours!
Rustic dining table with polka dot table cloth which adds a colour to the decor. Seating up to 5 people, this is a great area for everyone to socialize in whilst dinner's cooking.
Floor to ceiling windows bring all the light in and make this spacious living area the perfect spot to relax- whether you want to grab a book and sit in the gorgeous antique armchairs by the window, or just sit down on the corner leather sofa, put your feet up and watch TV with added Freeview, browse online using the Wi-Fi or have a go at playing the Nintendo Wii, all provided for your entertainment. There is a large glass desk which creates an additional space for those staying with work.
Located at the rear of the property, the double bedroom is an attractive room with high ceilings, large fitted wardrobes and a comfy double bed. There is also a dressing table with drawers for your beauty products, ladies. A display of variety of hand made items such as knitted purses, prints, decorative hand drawn plates, have been added for guests to pick and buy.
This is such a pretty room to the front of the property with a double bed dressed with colour coordinated cushions and throws, chest of drawers for your belongings and of course pretty accessories which make a lovely addition to the decor.
Off the hallway, which has a massive map of the world as a feature wall, is the bathroom which is accessed by a couple of steps. The bathroom offers tranquil atmosphere- great for a relaxing soak after busy day out shopping or working. The bathroom comprises of wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
From the living room you can access the Juliette balcony- note that the railings are original and very low so please use at your own risk. This is such a nice place to relax- whether with a cup of coffee on a sunny morning, or with a glass of wine in the evening. It is a delight to have such a great sea view in front of you!
