Historic and spacious Grade 1 listed Regency apartment with stunning direct sea views. The apartment is on Brunswick Terrace, one of the most prestigious addresses in Brighton and Hove. Perfectly situated for the best that bohemian Brighton has to offer! Ideal for a luxury romantic getaway or as a base to explore the local area.

With a good sized double bedroom and a luxury double sofa bed, the apartment can comfortably sleep up to four people. It is ideally located on the sea front and is a quick ten minute stroll to central Brighton, with all of its café's, boutiques, theatres and conference centres.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building with easy access. No stairs to climb!

The earliest and most famous resident of the house in 1826 was John Russell the 6th Duke of Bedford, whose youngest son Lord John Russell served twice as Prime Minister of England.

The main living room was originally the old banqueting room of the house and many of the original features remain, including the large wood shuttered windows and plasterwork ceiling.

The apartment is centrally-heated, easily accessible on the ground floor of the building. There is a huge, spacious beautifully decorated and furnished living room with sofa bed, TV with freeview and Blu-ray player. There is also an ipod dock you can use to play music.

At the rear there is a modern, comfortable bedroom with separate WC and bathroom with a good quality shower over the bath.

The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge with a breakfast bar. Cooking and washing up is made more pleasant with a view of the English Channel!

"Great apartment in Brighton in central location"

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this lovely apartment. From payment, key pick-up, parking and the apartment itself - all was hassle free and convenient . Apartment is in great location. Lovely to pull the shutters in the morning for a great ocean view! Apartment is equipped with all you may need for a short break, including a bottle of bubbly!

"Fabulous Stay"

Stayed here with my husband and brother in law as we were in Brighton for an event. The whole booking process was seamless and on arrival in Brighton the property management company was extremely helpful and flexible which was really appreciated as we were running late. The flat itself is stunning, lovely high ceilings, a very comfortable bed, a stunning view and the kitchen has everything that you need. I really couldn't fault the property in any way and will definitely be returning. Thanks!

We have just returned from spending a week at the flat and it was absolutely fantastic. I fell in love with the flat as soon as I saw the pictures on the website and I was not to be disappointed. The place is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. It is located in one of Brighton's most prestigious building and has an astonishing view of the sea front. The flat is spacious,very tastefully decorated and has everything one needs to make the stay just perfect. I felt at home from the moment I walked in and Ben's kindness and wonderful sense of hospitality made it even more special. We arrived and there was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge which we enjoyed sitting at the bar watching the sea at the sunset. I slept like a baby for 5 days as the bed has to be one of the most comfortable I ever slept in! It was so warm and cosy. Having just returned it feels like we were gone for ages somewhere really far away... we miss the flat already and only wished we could have stayed a bit longer! Everything was simply perfect... Thank you Ben for making our stay so pleasant.

"By far the best accomodation I have ever stayed in."

I absolutely loved staying in Ben's fantastic apartment. As soon as I saw this apartment on the listings I knew I had to book it, and it honestly lived up to all my expectations and more. I have visited Brighton on so many occasions and stayed in a variety of hotels all across Brighton and Hove, but this apartment will always be my choice of accomodation every time I am returning to Brighton. The accomodation is extremely easy to find. If you are coming by train, you just walk down the hill to the seafront and turn left, and it is about 10 minutes from the Pier. You can alternatively walk up the high street past the shopping centre (especially if you aren't too keen on the sea breeze/winds!) and have a nice walk to the apartment that way. Taxi's from the pier to the apartment were around £5-6, so quite cheap if you don't fancy the walk. The location is very nice, very near to the second pier, and Brighton Bandstand. If you walk up to the high street from the apartment, there are many shops (Co-Op, Waitrose) nearby, and the main Brighton centre is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Up the road is Ben's bar The Bee's Mouth; on our previous visit we never went into the bar other than to collect the keys due to we had a very busy schedule, but it looks a really great place to check out, and when we return we are definitely planning on going there one evening. Collecting the keys was easy and hassle free. The apartment is easy to access being on the ground floor. The exterior is beautiful. There is a very nice hallway as you walk through to the front door. When me and my partner walked into the apartment, we were so astonished at how lovely it is. There are huge ceilings so the living and dining area feel a lot bigger. The furniture is stunning, and the decor is lovely. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need for a small break or a longer holiday. The fridge/freezer has loads of room in it. There are many different mugs, and types of glasses (wine, champagne, tumblers etc). There were also many utensils to use. Me and my partner stayed for a week, and ate in a few times as well as cooking breakfast, and cooking and washing up was so much easier with the facilities provided. We are planning a longer stay soon, and know the kitchen has everything we need to cook dinner every night. The sofa's were very comfy, and the TV was great for when we just wanted to relax. There are wooden shutters on the windows, where you had a great view of the sea. There is also a large bookcase with a wide variety of books, so if you fancy just grabbing a book and having a read, you don't have to bring your own bookcase with you or spend any money! The bedroom has the most comfiest bed I have ever stayed on (like the other reviews say; we loved it that much we noted the mattress brand!) . There was loads of storage in the wardrobe and chest of drawers too, so if you were staying for longer, you could unpack your clothes nicely. Bathroom was lovely too, very nice decor in the bathroom, and it also had a great power shower. I really cannot fault the apartment. I can honestly say I will never stay in a hotel or anywhere in else when I come down to Brighton, and I only got back from my holiday last week, and I am already planning when I can next come down, just to have a nice relaxing week in the apartment! I'd also like to thank Ben for being so helpful with my booking, (and for the bottle of champers in the fridge on our arrival)! He gave us loads of information, and was very helpful, and I really cannot wait to return to the apartment soon! The apartment made our holiday so special, and it definitely would not have been the same or as good if we had not of stayed here.

"Amazing, Ideal"

A lovely, well placed apartment, that fitted 4 ladies very comfortably. Great location, beach a stones throw away. Lovely bottle of bubbly to welcome us. Cant wait to go back

"Great choice for a stay in Brighton"

This apartment is excellently situated in a stylish Regency terrace in a prime location on Brighton's seafront just a few minutes stroll from all amenities. Street parking is available via a daily £5 permit but it's worth noting that a space is not guaranteed at all times. On one occasion we had to resort to parking across the street until a permit space became available but this wasn't an issue as parking here is free in the evenings through to 9am when hopefully you can revert to parking in a permit space as we did. On entry you are greeted by a rather grand and tastefully decorated communal hallway. The apartment itself is equally impressive with a positively baronial sitting room / dining room stylishly furnished with reproduction furniture, stripped floors and a high ornate plaster-worked ceiling and interesting and diverse wall art. There's also a good selection of reading material in the living room bookcase. Whilst very compact, the kitchen is clean, modern and very well equipped with an open plan aspect fronted with high bar stools for sociable entertaining. We arrived on a bitterly cold February day to find the central heating in full swing and a chilled bottle of Prosecco awaiting us in the fridge - a really nice touch from Ben especially as it was our wedding anniversary. The bedroom is small but well furnished and located at the rear of the apartment well away from any minimal street / traffic noise. As somebody has already mentioned, it also has the most comfortable queen (?) sized bed we've ever slept in anywhere in the UK! Again the bathroom is very compact but stylishly finished. The only negative observation here was that the shower was not terribly hot, but it was adequate. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and well presented. So would we recommend it to friends and family for a stay in funky Brighton? we most certainly would and already have. Thanks a lot Ben for a very enjoyable stay.

"Sea front location, quiet, homely and a friendly owner"

Great for a winter weekend away and good value compared to a hotel. Comfortable, attention to detail and stylishly furnished. Right on the sea but quiet. Close to some lovely places to eat and a great patisserie for breakfast. Walking distance from the centre of Brighton. The owner couldn't be more friendly and helpful. It was very easy to collect the keys even though we arrived in the evening and didn't know exactly which train we would get. Our deposit was quickly returned.

"Fantastic apartment, great value, lovely view & extremely lovely owner!"

Spent the weekend here visiting friends, it was extremely stylish and comfortable. Everything we needed was there including a bottle of fizz in the fridge for us! We also went to The Bee's Mouth which is very cool & definitely worth a visit. Before our arrival I exchanged a few emails with Ben about our stay & he was extremely helpful & got back to me straight away. We had a lovely weekend & would absolutely stay here again!

"Absolutely wonderful"

This is a great place to stay. Being on the ground floor it is very good for anyone with mobility problems. The flat is in a great location and you can sit and watch the sea from the front window. It is one of the best equipped places I have stayed. The owner, Ben, is very welcoming. I will certainly be going back
