This elegant apartment offers self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people. The living area has a large, comfortable faux suede double sofa bed in Charcoal grey which is complemented by purple cushions. The large bathroom has a full size bath and a shower with screen so that one can enjoy either a relaxing soak in perfumed bubbles or a stimulating shower before enjoying a night out in the fun city of Brighton.

Brighton and Hove is a cosmopolitan city offering restaurants, bars and nightlife of exciting diversity, many with live entertainment, there are also numerous cultural attractions and vast beaches. This Kemp Town Seafront apartment is located in a very convenient place within walking distance to all these amenities or for public transport as buses pass by every 5 - 10 mins going to the City Centre or to Brighton Marina.

Visitors parking permits are available at an additional cost please ask owner at the time of booking.

Guests arriving by motorbike have free on-street parking next to the apartment building.

A 50% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional damages deposit of £300 is also payable with the balance and will be returned within 5 days of the departure day subject to a housekeeping check.

Any items that are damaged or broken during the stay will be charged from this deposit. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date will be payable in full at point of reservation.

Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access.

Check-In time between 4pm - 8pm (a check-in after this time may be possible suject to a small additional out if hours fee - please enquire).

Check-Out time 10am (later check-out may be possible depending on other bookings - please enquire).

The Brighton and Hove region

The South East of England is steeped in history and tradition with its many castles, which are home to battle re-enactments and pagan festivals, and its forts, one excellent example of which is a short distance from Brighton, at Pevensey Bay. Not far away from Brighton is Battle Abbey, which is considered to be built on the site of the Battle of Hastings (1066) a battle which changed the course of English history. Just outside Eastbourne there is Herstmonceaux Castle which until recently housed the Royal Observatory.

The South East of England is also home to the South Downs Way, a popular venue with walkers, it stretches from Brighton to Eastbourne and takes in not only breathtaking views of the Sussex countryside but is also of ancient historical interest being the home of the Long Man of Wilmington a carving in the hillside of approx 70 metres tall believed to be of Druid origin.

"Excellent appartment really close to the sea front."

Myself, my wife and our two children stayed in the flat over the Brighton Marathon weekend and had a great time there.The flat was everything we expected it to be - clean, well furnished and well looked after.

The owner was friendly, helpful and also allowed us to check in earlier than usual which was appreciated.

Overall, an excellent flat and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Tip: Make sure you go for the visitors parking permits (...which the owners can provide). Only £10 per day and we managed to park right outside the flat for the whole stay!

We have worked hard to keep the flat looking as good as new as well as providing those little things that make a holiday go without a hitch. Its good to know its appreciated, thanks. How did you do in the Marathon by the way? I'm glad you had a good holiday as well as being able to compete. Thanks again for the positive feedback. Maybe see you next year.

"Fabulous apartment in great location"

It's even better than the photos! The owners were really accommodating to our needs (i.e. early arrival time) and provided an excellent customer service. Everything was new and clean and nicely styled. All the basic amenities were provided -and some, like tea, coffee, cereal etc. Just remember the milk! Stayed for one night only and can't wait to go back for a longer stay.
