Langton Lodge is a 5 star newly converted luxury country cottage, offering self-catering facilities for up to 6 people, perfectly positioned within touching distance of the vibrant city of Brighton & Hove, the stunning South Downs and Gatwick airport.
Langton Lodge is delighted to announce the launch of its newly renovated Laurie Bar & Games Room, adding an extra dimension to the level of facilities on offer.
The property lends itself in a unique way to every season, providing a cosy bolt hole in winter whilst holding it's own with any exclusive Mediterranean hideaway in the summer. The Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind all year round!
The Lodge is located on a quiet country lane in the picturesque village of Hurstpierpoint. It overlooks a private enclosed front garden with a wooden decked area and lawn where children can play safely. To the rear of the property is a large private heated swimming pool set in a continental style courtyard.
Boasting a large open-plan living area, it provides the perfect space to entertain friends and family. Cook a feast in the fully equipped modern kitchen and dine in comfort, or relax in the luxurious lounge with a 42” flat screen TV, surround sound CD/DVD system and iPod docking station.
Relax and unwind, take a dip in the private large heated swimming pool, wander through the countryside or alternatively use it as the perfect base for exploring Sussex. There is plenty to do in the area, with many places to visit, for both adults and children. However if it's simply a bit of good food and drink you're after, there are many great gastro pubs and restaurants to try. We are confident you will absolutely love it.

The sleeping accommodation comprises three bedrooms & two bathrooms. The elegant master suite has a vaulted ceiling and a super king size bed with double doors out onto the pool side as well as an en-suite with large double-ended bath and shower designed for two. The second bedroom has a stylish black and white decor with views of the garden residing just next to the attractive family bathroom which has a bath and over-head shower. Bedroom 3 is Indonesian in style with twin beds and overlooks the swimming pool courtyard.
The newly renovated Laurie Bar & Games Room, adds an extra dimension to the level of facilities on offer all year round. You can mix your own cocktails at the bar and enjoy relaxing on sumptuous sofas with views over the swimming pool with cosy proximity to the wood burning stove for the winter months. A state of the art cinema projector screen also allows you to sit back in front of a DVD or your favourite sport. (it also has the capability to plug in your own laptop to view a Sky Go account if you have one) Or if you prefer you can just listen to your own music wirelessly from your smartphone/iphone by just simply downloading an app. Through a set of double French doors there is the adjoining Games room which has a pool table and fold away table tennis table. There is also a separate WC and changing room/boot room should you wish to use it.

Visit one of the great gardens of Sussex Borde Hill, where rare trees and shrubs inspire with colour and interest from spring to autumn. If Golf is more your thing we have two very good local courses nearby. For wine connoisseurs, Bookers vineyard at Bolney wine estate offers tours and tasting all year round.
Glyndebourne, the Bluebell Railway, Hickstead, the South of England Showground and Goodwood are just a few additional reasons to visit Sussex however if it’s simply a bit of good food and drink you’re after, there are many great gastro pubs and restaurants to try.
