Comfortable, well presented 6 bed detached house with 3 bathrooms, (2 bedrooms with en-suite) sleeping up to 20 guests with two double sofa beds in the living room.. Ample off road parking on the driveway for a 4-6 cars. The house benefits from a south facing private garden together with a huge well-equipped contemporary kitchen/diner ideal for group gatherings.

The property has recently (2014) been freshly painted to maintain standards.

With fabulous oak flooring, soft comfortable furnishings and luxurious décor throughout this house is a fantastic choice for large groups of family and friends wanting to get together for a weekend or special event.

Ideally located for easy access in all directions, just off Dyke Road Avenue, the main artery into Brighton City Centre and a short distance from Waterhall Golf course, The Devil's Dyke, Withdean Stadium and the University Of Sussex

Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £10/12 in a 6 seater cab, or £7/10 in a 4 seater. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly.

All male groups are welcome by prior arrangement only.

A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided on request.
