The property comes complete with free Wi-Fi, FreeSat TV, DAB Radio. The kitchen is well appointed and perfect for dishing up family feasts or for stylish entertaining. The dining table seats 4 and there is sofa bed for 2 adults. In total if all 3 are booked they can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The bedroom over looks the rear and has joint access onto the balcony with the living room. All bed linen is 100% cotton, feather duvets and pillows for extra comfort. Ample storage for luggage and clothes is provided. Ironing board, iron, washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Relax in the zen style bathroom with deep roll too tub. Basic toiletries and towels are all provided.

Within 50metres of the apartment is a good choice of Indian and European restaurants. There is also a launderette, convenience store, news agents and private gym. The beach can be accessed via a foot path and is within a 2 minute walk.
Brighton marina is a ten minute walk from the apartment offering a vibrant village community, huge choice of restaurants, bars, ASDA supermarket, Cineworld multiplex cinema, David Lloyd Gym, Rendezvous Casino, McDonalds, Shopping village and much more.
The main town centre and famous Pier is a 15 minute walk in the other direction through fashionable and eclectic Kemptown with its choice of bars and restaurants too.

Guests are reminded this is a private residential development and under no circumstances will large groups / parties be tolerated. Terms and Conditions available on request and provided at point of booking.
Guests must respect other private residents living in the building. Loud groups will be asked to leave the premises.
All bookings within 4 weeks of arrival are subject to full payment. Otherwise a 50% deposit is required to book - balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. a £50 holding fee non refundable will hold your property for 7 days.
Parking is available for this property at £10/day in Resident on Street Parking Zone H (Chargeable 7 days a week)

“Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings and well equipped kitchen. We had phoned the owner in last-minute desperation as we had picked a “lemon” to stay in elsewhere in Brighton but he quickly and efficiently organised an apartment for us for the duration of our stay. The location is excellent too: a short walk to the sea-front and a good choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants just around the corner. We have been visiting Brighton for many years now and this apartment is a cut above the rest but at very reasonable rates.”

"A very nice and clean serviced apartment, very suited to my needs. Nearby late shops
for food and drink, a quiet well kept street , near the seafront. A great little touch was
the Christmas decorations! Nice to have a tv in the bedroom, a whole Bang and Olufson
entertainment system in the living room. Tea, coffee, cereal, milk and juice was there
too. A nice touch. Very clean and modern, big leather sofa, a very nice place, a little
home from home. Nice Molton Brown soaps and moisturiser in bathroom, along with
lovely warm towels. If I could add a little improvement, a little tidying up on the white
paintwork here and there, but it is minimal. I recommend 'Ei8ht' with gusto and will
definitely stay again."
