Large, well fitted kitchen/dining room with solid oak flooring and dining seating for 8. A further spacious reception/dining room with dining seating for 16 guests. The mansion has dining seating for a total of 24 guests.
The spacious drawing room overlooking Saint Ann's well gardens seats 18 guests. The reception rooms has a total soft chair seating for 25 guests. The drawing room has 4 large comfortable sofas and soft chairs to seat 18 guests very comfortably.
Weekly cleaning of communal areas included. Non-smoking and no pets.
Whole house has a water filter for super clean bathing water and reverse osmosis filter in kitchen for super pure drinking water.
All inclusive bills, sky subscription, wireless internet connection & incoming telephone calls.

The five star properties present very well with painted walls being applied to a high standard with prints and photos adding interest to the rooms. There is comfortable leather seating and ample seating available with separate dining tables and chairs. The spacial aspects throughout the property is a feature. There is a very good range of in house touches with large flat screen TV's with dvd player, hifi, pay phone, complementary toiletries, bbq and various leaflets and books in the properties. The rooms are centrally heated throughout with thermostatic valves. The lighting is very effective with directional spots being used.
Bedrooms:
The five star properties again present very well with very good quality fittings and furnishing used. The matching furniture is in a very good condition. The beds are pocket sprung with bedspreads and cushions to add to the overall appearance.
Bathrooms
The tiled areas have been maintained to a high standard with a variety of vinyl and tiled flooring.
The fittings present well and seems to be in good working order.
Lighting is well positioned and very effective.
There are various bathrooms in the two larger properties with en suites in most rooms. Thermostatic showers throughout.
Kitchen
The kitchens are of an excellent size with various work top space and high quality fittings and units.
The equipment and white goods are in a very good condition with two fridges and freezers and large washers and dryers provided.
The lighting is very effective with directional spotlighting used.
The glassware and crockery is of a high quality with ample amounts provided.
Extra dining tables are also provided in the kitchen area
Highlights
The web site has very clear details of the properties.
There is various extra packages available with an offer of a massage and a pamper party.
The owner is also trying to have group retreats in the future and this year has been the focus of the marketing side which will benefit the future bookings.
In the two luxury properties there are a number of in house touches with large flat screen TV's with satellite, dvd players and various books, games and toys. Complimentary toiletries are provided and a substantial welcome pack provided.
Filtered water is used throughout the properties and wifi has been added.
