Fantastic coastline, sun and activity makes the region one of the most sought after in the uk. Great places to visit with lovely gardens, history and heritage; castles, stately homes and historic houses, family amusement parks and wildlife centres; the nostalgic, the curious and the simply fun, including museums of bygones, steam railways and caves. Sussex boasts numerous theatres and arts festivals, golf courses, horse racing, many ancient churches and buildings plus large Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty over the South Downs and Ashdown Forest, (including the soon-to-be-designated South Downs National Park) - and don't forget the Sussex Pub!
The Brighton and Hove / Brighton Seafront area
Brighton is the premier holiday resort in the United Kingdom with an excellent Beach, fantastic shopping and incredible night life! The Brighton Festival takes place in May. It is also situated in the Sussex downs which has some excellent walks.

I live in Brighton and my family came to stay for Christmas so we rented this flat for a week in the same block that we live in. We are obviously familiar with the area and know the flat is in a great location, so close to the sea front and also the extensive shopping and sights in Brighton. A car is not needed at all! The owners are thoughtful, professional and the flat is in excellent condition. Modern fittings, clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Crackers for Christmas were on the dining table, and a chocolate on each bed a lovely touch, as was basic items for the kitchen such as cleaning equipment and dishwasher tablets, biscuits and milk, and a bottle of fizz in the fridge did not last long!. It worked very well for all of us and we will be booking further stays during the summer months too. |

"My family stayed at the apartment last week and I have to say it is a great place to stay. The apartment is very spacious which was great. Seven people stayed but there was still loads of space. The location is perfect and the views are fantastic. The apartment is very modern inside. Everyone that stayed there were very impressed. The apartment is very secure and the owners were very helpful and nice. I would definitely book this apartment again it was perfect for my family. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Top place to stay. "

Thank you for the wonderful house." Mrs Eastern Feb 2011
"We had a great weekend, and loved having the flat as a base. The little curry house just up the hill was fantastic for future reco - amazing naan breads!! " Mr Jarvis January 2011
We stayed in the ground floor flat for a long weekend for my mothers
60th birthday. Our party consisted of me, mum, dad, sister,
brother-in law, husband and 20 month old son. We would stay
again and have already recommended it to a friend who is visiting
Brighton later in the year for a family wedding.
The location is excellent, close to the beach, good eating places and only a short walk to the centre of Brighton. The flat was clean and provided everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable.
