About the home

Refurbished to a very high standard, packed full of the luxury touches you would expect from the owners of Sillwood Road who have added this property to their holiday let portfolio.

This is an historic area, steeped in tradition. Nearby The Brighthelm Centre is situated in a very attractive and peaceful churchyard. At the far side of the churchyard, are a series of small shops, many selling second-hand treasures. These are the remnants of a very poor quarter, which existed on this site in the early nineteenth century, but is now in the heart of the trendy North Laine, one of the most sought after places in Brighton's old centre!

A beautifully planned open living and dining room. Styled using fresh white walls with dark polished wooden floor boards. Comfortable soft leather sofas with fluffy cushions cosy up the atmosphere. Big mirrors and clever accessorising complete the look.
The dining table seats 5 persons, great for entertaining or enjoying a family get together.
Private outlook onto the front courtyard, a quiet and relaxing cottage - however all of Brighton's shopping, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk from your doorstep.

A fab bright and contemporary kitchen, newly fitted with luxury stainless steel appliances, mosaic tiling and sleek worktops.
The sloping skylight roof brings the Brighton sunshine through, and french doors lead to the pretty courtyard garden.

Bedroom One
Large double bed with deep springy mattress. Beautifully adorned with oodles of cushions and charm.
Period furniture combine perfectly with contemporary comfort. A little window looks out onto Brighthelm surrounds, a real little hideaway boudoir.

Bedroom Two
A charming double bedroom with soft comfy large bed. Designed using period and modern furnishings, and cleverly accessorised.

Bedroom Three
This single bedroom doesn't lack, well designed with wardrobes and plenty of space for your belongings.
Situated at the top of the house tucked away, a cosy quiet nook blessed with style and comfort.

Bathroom
A newly fitted sleek white bathroom. Bath with shower, heated towel rail, tiled walls. Mirrors and spotlights.

Further details outdoors:
A private pretty courtyard complete with bench and seating. Direct from the kitchen the perfect place for breakfast. During the summer evenings, enjoy drinks and barbecues.

You can see from here the balcony, accessible from the landing on the top floor of the cottage. This has bistro table and chairs. Lovely for enjoying a morning coffee or drinks - a fantastic bonus at this property!

To the front of the property there is a courtyard leading to the main entrance. This is shared with the property next door. Ideal for storing your bikes.
